Although this location forgoes some of the luxuries typically associated with a hotel---sizeable counter space in the bathroom and a hot tub---the friendly staff and impressively comprehensive room service more than make up for it. It's not a bad place to stay in Denver, particularly if you're visiting friends in Aurora or Centennial.

I was very pleased with my stay. The staff was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again!!

Had some issues with my payment the customer service at the front desk was exceptional

I only stayed for one night and I used the pullout couch instead of the bed. It still had sheets on it from a previous use so that wasn't awesome. Otherwise it was fairly comfortable. The in-room coffee was good for a hotel.

We had a corporate event here and facilty and staff are excellent!

I've stayed here at least a dozen times. It's always clean and comfortable. Check in personnel are friendly and efficient. Free parking, nice gym, nice indoor pool, breakfast (not free) is great. The bar / lounge is fun usually a bunch of fun business travelers having a drink or two. This is the best hotel I visit in my western region.

Location is okay, some places walkable. Rooms when a mountain view are magnitudes better than rooms facing the parking lot. The rooms are okay.

Stayed for 3 nights for my sister's wedding. Everything was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and accommodating as we set up for the wedding on their 11th floor ballroom. The AV worked perfectly, the catering was amazing. The bacon wrapped shrimp deserves a special call out, and the appetizers, meal and desserts were delicious. The "official" dance floor was a little small for the size of our group, but there was enough space around it for everyone to dance that wanted to. My kids loved the 4 different flavors of water and the hot chocolate station in the lobby in the evenings. We stayed in a room with a king bed and pull out couch which worked for our family of 4&7 year old children, but wouldn't be big enough if our kids were any bigger. The pool had plenty of toys for the kids. It was great for our family and the event. Would definitely do it again.

Gross! Room smelt like body odor from person before us, there was hair in the bath tub and toothpaste on the faucet. Disgusting!!!

The bar area was great with friendly service and tv booths for a bit of privacy. And the out door deck had a fire place that was very nice and warm. The rooms were luxurious and clean. Very quiet, and accommodating. Will definitely visit again .

Meh, our room was tiny wifi was unreliable. The bed was uncomfortable Im sure it was a queen, when the room was listed as spacious, with a sofa sleeper with king bed. The only plus was breakfast and morning staff.

This is a very nice hotel very quite. Id definitely recommend. 10th floor, gonna watch the sunrise and I'm sure its gonna be amazing. Cici thank you for the help today you're amazing. Also the gentleman that provided my second room the moment he saw my text msg through the app I appreciate you and I also appreciate who ever authorized my 2pm checkout when I only requested an hour youre amazing as well.

If this was the first Marriott I ever stayed in it would be the last. The room was done up but not even close to clean when I arrived. After hearing from the rest of my group how bad their rooms were I kept my mouth shut. Imagine my surprise when I came back to the hotel at supper time the next day and found the room had not been touched. I've stayed in worse motels but never a Marriot in this condition. What wasn't dirty was broken including the mini fridge and iron. Even the shower wall was cracked and sprouting fiberglass splinters.

Everyone who worked at the hotel made my stay such a pleasure. Upbeat and helpful front staff (Thank you Caleb!) and such a nice and generous experience with Patti and everyone.

The rooms are very small and the sofa bed is individual size.

Yes we travel to Denver. And stayed at the Marriott. This is a very nice hotel. Very modern and very clean. The staff is very helpful and very professional. I would definitely recommend this place.

We will be making this our go-to hotel! We previously always stayed at the Cambria or the Comfort Suites in Denver tech center but it is far from where we want to go and never on sale. This Hotel is a good price, close to everything we wanted to do, clean, and (our fave part, the tvs have NETFLIX!) we go to Denver every 2-3 months and couldn't find something affordable, that was still close to everything, and clean. The room is small, but We only use it to sleep and shower so we don't really care. it is kind of in a weird spot ad a little back from the main road, so our first time it was a little hard to find. Still, totally worth it.

Chose this location because of its location and that it has a pool for the kids. But the pool was too cold for a toddler that wants nothing more than to swim. That's saying something. The rest of the experience was fine. Nothing special.

While I have no issue with the personnel at this property, truly disappointed as I try and stay here every year because they decorate for the holidays and Christmas so well... Well you've given in to covid to where it's an absolute sterile environment and I'm disappointed I'm staying here... Plus you've added $12 for parking where it used to be free... There's a lot of options in this city, I just always like this one in the past

I can't say enough GREAT things about this hotel and their staff. It was our first time having a family reunion with 15 adults and 14 kids and it couldn't have gone any more better than it did. It was all because of the accommodations, accommodating staff, and amenities. Everything was PERFECT and we will definitely be back. The staff was some of the best hotel staff I've ever had and we can't thank them enough. THANK YOU Courtyard Cherry Creek! You guys gave us memories that will last a lifetime!!

My first hotel where I paid 200+ per night and they were still asking for another 15 bucks for a breakfast.interesting

Fast and friendly, I was in for a meeting, was greeted by multiple people promptly and was directed to my meeting... upon exiting I was thanked for visiting... haven't stayed at the courtyard because I live in town but I'd recommend it to friends in the future

First off I would like to say that I do frequent Marriott hotels at least once a month for my line of work, this is the first time I have been thoroughly disappointed with this specific Marriott hotel.

I was staying for business for three days and when I came back to the hotel on a Monday evening I walked up to my room and the door was propped open by the door guard. I took a picture of it and went downstairs immediately and told the situation to a lady and gentleman that were at the front desk. I informed them that my door was left open and that my iPad had went missing. The gentleman on duty was the night time manager and he asked me to send a picture of the open door to his cell phone. He kindly provided me with his number and I texted him the picture in which he received. He had let me know that he was going to pass this on to the General Manager and to this day I have not received a phone call from anyone from Marriott.

I am very disappointed in the management from this hotel since nobody has bothered to get in contact with me and discuss with me the issue I had staying at there hotel. I stayed there from January 8 - January 10th and as of today, January 31st, I have not received a phone call from Marriott. I am sorry to say but this length of time to reach out to a customer is extremely poor service. And because of this I will most likely be taking my business somewhere else.

Please find attached a photo of the door propped open by the door guard. This was left open on Monday, January 9th, and properly informed the management when I first noticed it. I would personally like to receive a phone call from "Anyone" and discuss with me my situation and help out with the fact that my iPad was stolen due to this nature.

Pleasant staff. Nice view of the mountains, if your room faces that way. It's a standard Courtyard hotel, so the rooms are fairly comfortable. My bathroom was "compact" so know that there might not be a ton of extra space. The food at the Bistro is adequate.

Rooms are clean. Beds are comfy, however the pillows are so lumpy I couldn't use them. Location is great and bear the highway and there is parking available.

Great stay overall! We had a really spacious, comfortable room with a great view! I do wish there was free breakfast or coffee and the window treatments could be updated to block more light

The room door is hard to close, and is a concern it will not latch. The hotel is very up to date on outlets, and the resturant is above average.

One of the nicest courtyards that I have stayed at.

The room was clean and the staff were super friendly. The view was completely unexpected for a hotel in this location- our room had an incredible view of the front range, stretching all the way to downtown. At night it was equally as gorgeous to be able to see the lights of the city. Ask for a West facing room if you can!

The staff are very amenable and helpful. The room we got faced the mountains and it was an absolutely gorgeous view, lovely to wake up to. It's quiet, and the shower is immediately hot. The breakfast is also very worth it, quite yummy. Including the made-to-order omelets. We also rented out a large room for a party and the hotel was very helpful and friendly with everything we needed. Great for large gatherings.

This hotel charged me and my wife 7 times over the course of 4 days, even though we only stayed there 1 night. we were lied to, disrespected and treated like dirt. The gm of the hotel after hearing that we had been overcharged (7 times) did absolutely nothing. After hearing that we had been stolen from....did absolutely nothing. My only guess is that they were afraid of a lawsuit, and so that was there responce, to deny,deny,deny. Worst experience i've ever had with a hotel. After providing documentation from my bank showing the 7 unauthorized charges, the general manager , who had to have been borderline delusional, or at the very least a bully, who thinks because hes a general manager of a hotel that he is gods gift to earth and can do no wrong, while us little people who save up all year to stay in a hotel or take a vacation, are nobody's. It didn't get much better from there. I would advise people go stay there, just to get the chance to experience the worlds worst customer service for themselves. oh and by the way dont even try to contact his superior, they are like most unyielding people , in the face of absolute truth i've ever encountered.

I stayed at this hotel while I was traveling. It is a very nice, modern hotel with very clean rooms. I enjoyed my time here and would certianly stay again.
