Awful for 5 stars hotel. Wifi connection was way to slowwwwwwww!!! Fix it! Compare to cheaper hotel, this was unbearable.
Breakfast was not great, not many food and drink options and tasteless. Staff service quality was also so so. Better find another 5 stars hotel in this area.

Very noisy. Standard room. Breakfast not varied. Shaded pool. Very nice and very nice staff.

Apart from few little issues with the room it was a pleasure to stay there.

The rooms in the international section may be a bit dated but the very friendly staff make up for it. Was lucky to be on ground floor with a 10 step walk to a very nice and warm pool.

Hotel is in a good location with very good amenities, great staff. Rooms are small, older, have a ants on the second floor, not as nice as I would expect for a marriott from a room perspective. Walls and floor do not block out noise, so you will hear people walk, talk, slam doors, ect... Over all an ok place a little pricey for what you get due to the room, again staff and amenities are great.

It is lovely and relaxing but it lost a star because of the earthquake that hit it today

The location of entry such as the Private Area makes the hotels inside as if they are secured for 24 hours by the security system that is implemented. Suitable for executives and state affairs. The hotel is very exclusive and comfortable at a price that is also quite good ...

A beautiful, elegant and clean place ... no comments

First of all, calling this a 5 star resort is an outright lie. The facilities, maintenance and overal ambience merits that of a 3 star at best. We had to come here on short notice after staying at the St Regis (Bali) and the differences were stark. We had to get dead flies cleaned out the room, and mosquitoes kept finding their way into our room somehow. Walls, bedsheets and pillows looked stained and sometimes dusty.

However, staff were kind and willing to do their best to make our short stay comfortable which was a nice bonus.

Positives - good food and good prices, large pool (filled with children however), kind staff, good for 1-2 nights at best.

There is no obstacle on time to reach the destination

Service provide by the the staffs here were immaculate! I checked in at 10am due to a early flight; not only did they allow me to check in, they even offer buffet breakfast for my family while waiting for the room to be ready!

I left my room without locking the safe on the very first day with most of my cash, a Sony tablet and a notebook in it. The room service staff did not touch anything inside and lock it together with the hotel security. We were really impressed by the integrity of the staffs here!

One of the good resorts in nusadua. Very much kids friendly. Neatly maintained pools. My kids loved the kids club activities . Overall it's nice and pleasant stay !

CY by Marriott had a huge pool and good services in their resto name Momo Cafe.

Scenic resort with a large swimming pool. The staff is kind and courteous. Restaurants are really good. Enjoyed the stay a lot.

A little bit dated but very well maintained upscale hotel. A great place to enjoy a getaway and to recharge in solitude

This hotel is expensive because the 5 star rating but the staff were incredibly kind and respectful, the pool was nice, the breakfast was really good, the shuttle bus is probably the best facility it brings you to their own private beach that's only owned by 3 hotels there's some beach chair, etc. (The place in the photo is near the exit and in front of me is the lobby and the pool is in the lower floor under me)

Excellent place. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, kind and very helpful. Loved our stay there and would book again. The place is very secure and well guarded. Has excellent gym and spa services too. Shuttle available to take you to the beach/bali collection shopping mall for free! Loved it loves it.

Great hotel, everything is awesome until you got the restaurant and then you realize "Oh, right, this is a Courtyard"

It is a beautiful property. The housekeeping staff are well trained and left us with a sweet message after cleaning the room. The breakfast is amazing with great variety, including indian cuisine. I would definitely recommend this Hotel. A bit higher on the price, but worth their name.
FYI: The property doesn't promote/offer two wheelers on rental basis, due to their safety protocols. So people who love exploring places on bike, may rent it from the market area at the back side of the hotel.

Complete hotel with 5stars , and you can use Marriot Garden beside with Amazing pool . With his famous name Marriot , you never regret your holiday .

Star hotels in the area of Btdc, Propesional, the place is comfortable

Its good hotel with alot of security around/Police army with dogs/nice swimming pool, clean rooms, nice breakfast but but not that great like other 5 Star hotel, beautifull, great extremly nice work there and they Will do everything your stay Will be great

The staff feels good too and I was very relaxed. However, since the sound of the hallway was heard, it was awakened several times by the voice of other customers at midnight. If you want to stay, you should request a room far from the elevator.
The private beach is 5 minutes away by the hotel's free shuttle.

Good place for family and has access to good food places.

Disadvantages are poor breakfast, soundproofing .. all other advantages ^^
The staff is friendly too, and they greet you when you meet.
The furniture with the signs of the time is a little ragged on the eyes.

This 5 star hotel is actually a scammer and actually the beach is not private, we have to take a old ugly shuttle full of people feeling hot. And the beach is ugly full of rocks no water :( The beach club is small, not what i see in the picture. And when we want to refund they only can give back quarter of our money that we paid Very expensive and not worth it AT ALL never going back !! Plus so many mosquitoes!!

Great hotel, great services, the room and bathroom were very clean. The poll was huge and it was walking distance to Mengiat Beach (around 15min), there were restaurants at the side of the hotels which provide meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner..

Truly amazing resort esp for kids. Lazy river plus 2 other pools. Nice kids club. Rooms very nice, inter-connecting option available. Not beachfront but there is a shuttle to bring you to the Marriott beach club on nusa dua beach itself. Lots of restaurants inside and outside the hotel (just ask for the side gate / staff entrance). Bicycles for borrowing. Overall: fantastic.

Great property, nice pools. Loved the Lazy River - so much fun ! The beach is couple of minutes away on the shuttle - and it is so beautiful! You can spend a day there. Beach Club Happy Hours are very interesting. Enjoy !

Poor place, too many securities with almost military uniforms and they guard this hotel like a fortress, this is too much !!
The management thinks that we are the guesses are threats to them.

Better spend your money somewhere else for vacation.

Very nice hotel area. Unfortunately, Nusa Dua has nothing in common with Bali. If you know other Courtyard hotels in Bali, there are z. B. at breakfast still catching up. Although the buffet is not bad. Room and cleanliness perfectly i.O.
