We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days during our Bali trip. First of all make sure to book through Marriott Courtyard and not Marriott Nusa Dua Gardens if you are a Courtyard Marriott customer. Why so because it is not part of the Marriott group but it's has vacation sharing apartments. It doesn't have all the facilities provided my Marriott. Unfortunately it's not mentioned on their website anywhere.
We had to switch last minute after making a few customer calls from Marriott Gardens to Courtyard By Marriott.

Coming to the Hotel - it's at a lovely location. Beach is located at 10 minutes with multiple restaurants.
It's a huge property and walking to the main gate , breakfast area is a lot after a tiring day.
Their breakfast spread has a lot of options with a few live counters, fruit stalls and healthy eating counters. Timings are 6.30 am to 10.30 am. Surprisingly they have Indian dishes too.
On weekends they have bbq spread.

Rooms were clean and tidy and the staff was courteous. They provide local complimentary fruits everyday. WiFi speed here is really good. We were staying at the ground floor so we had easy access to the swimming pool. The manager of the restaurant took special care of us during our visit.

They offer complimentary baggi service to the beach and the shopping centre. They have made a walking way through the pool where one can click good photos. It's a kid friendly resort. They had Balinese activities planned throughout the week but we didn't avail any. Infact we didn't go to the gym and spa as we wanted to explore the city more.

I would definately recommend this place if you want to relax and enjoy your vacation.

This is my second time staying with courtyard. My first time was at Courtyard Seminyak while thinking to bring kiddos to somewhere nearer to the beach, we have chosen Courtyard at Nusa Dua and it turned out a brilliant choice!!!! Absolutely enjoyed our stay with the friend and thoughtful staffs with good food and refreshing environment. It s definitely worth the money and recommendable!! However, we had a slightly not so good experience which was the late night check in of the guests next door. It was noisy and woke my kids up in the middle of the night. Besides that, thumbs up for all.

Need a comfort place for break away with family? This place is one of options. The service from check in up to check out is excellent. Children enjoy to play with water at the pool and some visitors enjoy feeding coconut squirrel whilst breakfast.

We had a lovely time at the Courtyard Marriot. The breakfast and the pool were very nice, however the interior of the rooms a little tired, beds not so comfy. The location was great close to some lovely restaurants and the beach. The beach was nice to visit but alot of plastic and rubbish floating in the water.

Amazing hotel... Super friendly and helpful staff, amazing swimming pool, large and clean rooms and an extensive breakfast offering. The hotel has no beach-front but that is compensated by a superb beach club. Comes very highly recommended!

One negative point... the rooms are very poorly insulated against noise which means you hear everything that happens in corridors, neighboring rooms and outside.

Great hotel..! Friendly staff , good service and AMAZING FOOD! And super cute guard dogs ; charlie , louis , gaston , mickey, emo , boy . The pools are great for swimming, and I even fell down and had a terrible flesh wound but STILL AN AMAZING HOTEL. If you're looking for a resort in Bali, PLEASE PLEASE GO TO COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT NUSA DUA ITS AMAZING.

Although the hotel isn't located in the seaside, but you still get the ambience of tropical resort by greenery scenes around it. The hotel is built by using perspective of tropical art deco with high ceiling, open aisle, and loft concept room to make the air flows easily, so it can save energy efficiently.

Disappointed when we arrived at Marriott, there was no welcome with drinks or refresher towel as is there custom, when to check in asked to wait 2 hours until 3pm which was fine but when we went back at 3pm room still wasn't ready and waited another 30 minutes and still it wasn't ready, then we asked for the manager and would like a refund, the manager found us a room immediately. After going to our room and unpacked we opened our curtain and we were facing the roof of the foyer which was not a deluxe garden view room that we had paid for. We went back to reception and spoke to the manager he was extremely apologetic and located another room for us on the third floor at the end of the building. The most disappointing of all they advertise being located on the beach which is incorrect, you have to catch a shuttle bus to the beach about 10 mins away. The staff are extremely polite and the facilities in place are great, we had a few problems in our room we reported them a few times to be looked at and nothing was done.
I would think twice about staying at a Marriott in the future.

High standard hotel with beautiful swimming pool. Generally you can't be wrong staying at this hotel. For the food lovers you will find great breakfast with wide choice of food, for the health freaks you will get access to well equipped gym or tranquil spa.

I do not recommend. The hotel at first glance seems quite nice, pleasant and clean. After three days in this hotel which probably gave itself 5 * status and the reality should be 3.5 *. The cleanliness in the rooms was to say the least horrible. Because of the purity and insects I changed the room twice. OLD NEGLECTED HOTEL

Pros

Pros
Great hospitality
Nice staff
Nice food

Cons:
Confiscated my scissors for cutting baby food (yes this is illogical)

Excellent excellent place to stay in. Very pleasantly surprised to find a rice cooker, blender, coffee maker and a washing machine in the room. Definitely will want to come back to this hotel again.

Word of advice is to check online to see if there are any major events happening in the Nusa Dua region and if so, to stay out of the whole Nusa Dua.

Stunning hotel, pool and gardens felt like a tropical jungle. Restaurants and bars next to pools very relaxing. Rooms a little dated but well equipped. Overpriced in my opinion and would have expected all inclusive for the price per night. Nusa Dua area is pretty posh, although quite distant from the rest of the island, and walk from hotel to bars and restaurants is lovely. Nice hotel if you don't mind the price.

Absolutely wonderful time in the resort! We had a tremor after an earthquake quite close by when we were having breakfast but the restaurant staffs were so calm and reassuring! Will definitely be back!

I have stayed in Marriotts previously but this one definitely takes the cake. Came to Bali for a long weekend break all at the Courtyard Marriott.

Arrival was quick and efficient, and first impression of the hotel and Nusa Dua is that it's entirely much slower and quieter than the more metro areas of Bali. Security is tight and walking along the streets is a pleasure without getting hassled by taxi and street vendors. Even once you do walk in the shopping areas, getting hassled is much more rare.

The hotel itself is great, two pools, one open and one sheltered plus a lazy river. The restaurant, with another one due to be opened, is fantastic. Service is great, there is never a shortage of staff and the food was top quality. Breakfast buffet, great choice, both Asian and continental options and serving right up until 11am. Something I looked forward to everyday. Really get's you out of bed!

The room was spacious and everyday we came back, there was a new towel animal. We did leave quite a mess some days and it was never too much for housekeeping. They obviously take a lot of pride in their work because it shows. The TV was small and poor quality. Bathroom was massive, clean and great to use with separate bath and shower.

Prices were reasonable for a resort, and alternative services such as spas were easy to find at a cheaper rate nearby - most with pick up services.

WiFi is free and accessible across the entire Resort, including the pool area, with decent speeds. Good to see this is a standard now.

The Gym is open 24hrs and is well equipped plus the resort runs a number of activities throughout the day, every day. Dancing, flower arranging, yoga, cycling tours etc. I did Yoga for beginners and it was great, attitude of the instructor who also runs the gym was very positive.

No beach next door but a complimentary shuttle to a private beach nearby satisfies the need. Plus there is a bar there that lets you order food and drink on your room account - so no need to take money.

No real complaints, although checkout was a little tiring. Three check-in desks, one of which is 'elite members only', it was frustrating that only one staff member was available to check us out, especially as the queue grew 5 persons long. I asked them to call another staff member, which they did, but some initiative would have been a bit more refreshing.

Very impressed, would stay again.

As a note, there are actually two hotels on-site. 'Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort' which appears to be the east end and also 'Marriot's Bali Nusa Dua Gardens' at the west. Access to each is unrestricted and payment at both can be to your room irrespective of where you stay, but they also have their own entrances.

The Marriott in Nusa Dua was great surprisingly enough for their hotels in America.
It s 5 star hotel with a cozy beach club at Nusa Dua beach. My husband and I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and spent at the beach club 3 mornings when the tide was in. It was beautiful blue ocean and white sand beach. Unfortunately the beach was full of plastic. We took away a bag of garbage from there. Apparently the staff doesn t usually do it.
The hotel for itself was new and cozy with 3 pools and 2 restaurants. We were uprated to the better room and were happy with it. At the restaurant we try Balinese style marinated chicken, it was great.
The service was great. Our manager Windy is talented and provided us great service. House keeping service provided us with funny towels creatures.
