Nice hotel..the view is cool at night..the rooms are nice too..can relax on the balcony

Loved our stay at this hotel the staff were helpful and friendly, rooms and grounds immaculate, beautiful restaurants and breakfast was amazing. We will stay again.

Incredibly nice hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, every little problem was solved immediately. The food in the various restaurants is really highly recommended. Behind the hotel is a small shopping or restaurant area, where you can really stroll along the evening and drink something or shop souvenirs. On foot you are in 10 minutes on the hotel's own beach or you go with the hotel's own shuttle service. I would definitely book this hotel again.

This 5 start resort is so stunning and beautiful. A very adequate place to retreat yourself. Tho, it has no direct access to private beach but they have shuttle every 30 mins. Not to forget their amazing pool and menu served here. Lovin my stay indeed !

Very comfortable hotel ... recommended for those who visit Nusa Dua. For security . At the entrance there is a metal detector with xray.

Very gentle and nice behaviour from the stuffs. They made a baby-cot ready in the room even before our arrival for our baby and also got us a bowl for bathing him upon request.

Very happy with the room and service. The breakfast options are alright, however, we expected the taste to be a little better. In-room dining menu could be broader.

Perfect hotel for a stay in Bali. Staff is very friendly and I haven t seen that kind of a pleasant staff anywhere else. Very clean room with great room service. Very secured place. Amazing location with a private beach. Nice swimming pool and pool bar. Beautiful hotel. Didn t feel like going out of this place. Used their spa and it was very relaxing. I would say Nusa Dua is the best place to stay in Bali. Bit expensive but totally worth it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great vacation club.
Extremely accommodating and service minded staff.
You have access to 3 pools, a kids club, the restaurant and cafe and the DS restaurant at the vacation club.
The beach club is a 20 minute walk away and just 10 minutes to the beach. There is also a shuttle.
Lots of local shops are around the corner.

Great service, very comfortable rooms, friendliest staff ive ever met and a very well maintained pool. Active shuttle bus going to their private beach area too

I stayed here few days with family for short holidays. I like the hotel's garden, i could just seat there for hours to enjoy the fresh air, while reading a book from my room balcony. Having breakfast in the morning while seeing squirrels climbing tree, is my kids favorite activity. I feel that the room's furnitures, door and bathroom need refurbishment. However this was compensated by great smiles and warmed hospitality of their great Balinese employees.

Lots of space to find a quiet place to relax, even at busier times. The room really comfortable and the swimming pool just heaven. Beautiful staff who assist with any queries including organising taxi order with a great smiles. Cant get over their breakfast selection in the morning, love them all. Great location near restaurants and shops bali collection. Definitely highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Great facilities, fantastic pools! Staff were all friendly and our children loved it. Only noteworthy criticism is regarding plastic waste. While It s great plastic straws are not in use at this hotel there we re still the ridiculous mini plastic shampoo & conditioner bottles etc. Please get soap dispensers and do away with these mega wasteful single use bottles. There was a LOT of domestic rubbish washed up on the beach at Nusa Dua (not the hotels waste) which was really sad to see.

WOW! Such a nice resort. Despite being a Courtyard branded Marriott hotel, this resort is very nice and luxurious. Staff is extremely polite and friendly, attentive to all needs. The rooms are very nice, with some overlooking the pool. Bed linens and towels were high quality. Housekeeping staff folded cute towel animals.

The hotel pool is very large and suitable for families with children and other adult travelers. There is a pool bar with happy hour specials, and massage attendants available to cater to guest's desires.

The hotel restaurant is a nice convenience but expensive compared to outside local Thai restaurants. However, the included breakfast buffet in the morning is probably one of the better spreads I've ever encountered. There is a made to order noodle bar, omelet station, bacon (pork and turkey options), sausages, fresh juices (orange, apple, watermelon etc), salad bar, cheese bar, deli meats, donuts, muffins, breads, vegetarian Indian curries, local foods -- too many delicious treats to name!

The hotel is located within a tourist/hotel complex. The grounds are meticulously maintained and it is safe to walk around the compound. Within the compound, roughly 15 minute walk from the hotel is "Bali Collection", a tourist catered shopping center with seafood, grill, restaurants. These restaurants are also expensive. There is a supermarket in there which is a nice options for snacks or an ice cream. The hotel and the mall each offer their own free shuttle buses to Bali Collection that run on the hour. If you miss it, it's still walk-able.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It is much cheaper to catch a taxi off the street to go to the airport. We caught a taxi from Bali Collection, stopped back to the Courtyard to pick up our suitcases at the found gate and onward to the airport and paid roughly 90,000 from the entire fare vs the expensive hotel shuttle fee.

There is a huge pool for those who enjoy swimming, as well as a Kid's Club for children. The Kid's Club provides fun activities for children and have Play Station 3s for slightly older kids. Other activities are also provided for guests such as yoga, swimming races, circuit training, pilates and more. The food at the Momo Cafe is great, and the staff are very friendly. They check in on customers regularly to ask about the food. There is a spa as well. The location is good, and there are a few massage spots available nearby the hotel. Room service is relatively fast, and the staff are ever-ready to serve you. Overall, Courtyard by Marriot is a great hotel to stay in.

4 star hotel, just an ordinary hotel with ordinary interior, the hotel size isnt that big.. the service is just standard. For me, little bit pricy for a 4 star hotel with that standard quality..
But still nice for staying in Bali bcs the hotel is sooo near from Nusa Dua beach and Waterblow Balangan beach and you can go there by shuttle from the hotel.

The place is nice ... there is a bicycle rental to go around the Nusa Dua complex. If access to the private beach must use the shuttle bus first. Lots of food menus too. Comfortable room ...

We stayed for two people in the low 10,000 yen level.
Correspondence is professional, too and is lighted up at night and is beautiful.
There are two swimming pools, and the restaurant is on the side of the swimming pool at the back, walking from the front.
The photo is a picture of the pool and cafe in the foreground and the bar that is open until night.

The hotel is too crowded, so the service is very long and unsatisfactory

Wow great! If you want a posh, private resort, this is the place to go. You MUST get the breakfast. There's so much to choose from, you could try something new every day. The pool is huge and the service is everything you could want.

Very nice property in one of the best areas of Bali !! Cosy rooms and attentive staff....only downside is the distance to the beach...but they provide a shuttle service to their beach club restaurant / private beach area !

6 days. Excellent location away from the madness that is Kuta. Kuta $25 AUD by taxi if you need it. Local shopping and eating excellent, 10 min walk or shuttle bus. More of an adult place than for kids though there were kids there.

The room is clean, the staff is polite and nice. I enjoy the breakfast with lots food variation, and near swiming pool.

Great hotel, but be aware that the beach is not next to the hotel and requires a shuttle bus. Also room room sound proofing is quite bad and I could hear conversation from the next room. Pool is excellent. Staff is super friendly.

Great 5 star hotel in Nusa Dua Bali with excellent services. The thing is this hotel has no direct access to the beach but they have every 30 minutes executive shuttle to go to their beach club and if you like to shop branded goods and food court resto concept, they also have the shuttle to go to Bali Collection.
What i love the most is that they serve fresh coconuts 24/7 and not to mention the kids club and lazy pool.
Cleanliness of the room is modest, they sometimes didn't clean it up until afternoon

Food is so-so. Service is ok... Swimming pool is great and big (very good with kids), noisy in the rooms when people walk in corridors (rooms are not well sound proof).

Quality hotel and well managed. Handled anything I asked for. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff are friendly & helpful. Facilities are great, especially like their pool. The room I get is really nice. Love the tub and rain shower. Bed is super comfy typical of Court Yard. Really enjoy my stay here.
