Positive Living Space Review

Had a wall installed and have been unable to get in contact with them to have it removed. All numbers seem to be disconnected.

Worst service I've ever gotten in my life. They use cheap material and charge a lot for it. The light panels are not doing the job, and when I called to complain the owner was rude, yelled at me, and hung up on me.

Honestly I used to work for LivingSpace since 2014 to 2020 had a lot reasons I left the company but this company is in poor service and shouldn t be recommended at all but for those who are trying to contact the company well unfortunately I heard they completely shut the company down due to Covid-19 or maybe they decided to shut down the company for financial reasons not sure why but according to a person I know that we used to work For this company. But honestly it s shutdown for good

This company put up a temporary a wall for us in August 2019. Their phones are disconnected, and emails are unresponsive. We now need to find someone else to take down the wall for us. If anyone knows someone who is capable of doing this please contact me. Thanks.

agree with all other reviewers. complete scam, and definitely has some shady agreements going on with building managers. the actual job may be done well, but they fabricate contracts and signatures to get you to believe you hired them (which i did not).

These people are a scam, worse than used car salesmen. They kill you on fine-print, rip you off, over and over again with stupid hidden fees. Do not use them.

Although we have a rather complicated setup they were able to install the walls exactly how we wanted it even though we made some last-minute changes a few hours before they arrived. We asked a bunch of different companies for quotes and living space was by far the least expensive. The installation itself took a little longer than expected but they finished everything up nicely and cleaned up after themselves. All in all I can't complain and can only recommend this company.

Does anyone know how to reach Living Space or Steve? I've been trying to reach them to get my walls taken down for the past month before my lease is up but their phone numbers are saying it's disconnected and I'm getting no email response.

Living space treated us very well. They were extremely responsive and kind with the process. Moving to nyc is it easy but they really helped us out- special thanks to Steve, one of the owners and the rest of the crew for such a great experience!!!

I agree with the other reviewers. They might be accommodating when you want to have the wall installed, but you'll pay for it on the back end.

We were forced to because they have an exclusive agreement with our apartment. When they came to install our wall years ago, they wanted to put it diagonally across our living room (seriously?!) then charged us several hundred more to have it go straight across. When I called to schedule removal of the wall with over a month's notice, they said they are fully booked and can only accommodate us 2 weeks before our move out date. Furthermore, they said that since we never "renewed the lease" on our wall they would charge us for the removal. I asked why I never received a notice of the lease expiration and a form to renew and Kim replied "that's on you, not us." This company is extremely irresponsible, unaccommodating and a total sham.
