The swimming pool is really comfortable, very big, there is a jacuzzi, there is also a flowing pool, for a family vacation it's highly recommended

Overall, I love my stay here.

Checking in takes a very long time. Around 1 hour for my perticular case. I also found a pair of fake teeth in the cloudy swimming pool and I was horrified because of it. It really shocked me because I thought that this was a 5 star hotel. I am deeply dissapointed with my stay and I much prefer the other hotels like Ayodya and Ritz-Carlton than Courtyard by Marriott. Though I might just be unlucky. The staff are also super nice but because of my bad experiences here I give it a rating of 3 stars.

Fantastic service, beautiful ambience, friendly staff and a diverse range of treatments on the spa menu. The Courtyard by Marriot enhanced my Bali experience. The in-hotel ATM was a big plus.

To be honest, I expect a lot from Courtyard by Marriot at Nusa Dua. First it is located at Nusa Dua, the luxury place in Bali. Second the big name of Marriot. But my experience here is not as good as I expected.

Room service and cleaning are my primary concern. When I asked to do Make Up My Room, they didn't replace towels, didn't give new complimentary mineral water, didn't replace dirty bed sheet. This is the basic service even in a budget hotel. I have to keep asking.

The staff is very polite. Conch Orge does not have, but did not become entirely oblivious Nde us firmly listening to the demands.
It seems that nobody can cope with Japanese, so only care is required. I really liked the pool and the breakfast.
Breakfast by the pool is very refreshing.
There is a squirrel but no feeding.
The breakfast is buffet style and the omelet is baked as you like.
It is a loss in the Nusa Dua area, but you can walk to the Bali collection and there are many convenience stores, grocery stores, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so there is no inconvenience at all.
As private beach is far, we will pick you up. There are few people and rental of towels is possible locally. There are also enough umbrellas and a bar, so it is comfortable.

Spent eleven fantastic days at Courtyard Marriott Nusa Dua! The staff were super friendly and courteous - nothing was ever too much trouble. Particular mention must go to Gede (Carlos) and his staff at Momo's Cafe! Love you guys - you know who you are See you next trip Greg & Julie

Awesome experience. Extremely well maintained. Big size pool. Ample food options for buffet. Specious rooms. We took a suit so it had all facilities included.
Wish to go there again. If the hotel was just beside the beach it would great. But it s quite far away from the beach, other than that it s flawless.

1. The baby cord is clearly neglected & smells musty
2. The pillows in the room are no longer suitable for 5-star quality hotels
3. The sofa in the room is dusty & musty
4. The bathroom toilet seat is loose & the rubber is not maintained
5. Cabinet cabinets under the television are worn out so they always drag if opened
6. Bathroom amenities are too simple for 5-star quality
7. The towel must be replaced because it is thin & musty
8. Kids menu needs a lot of improvements in terms of taste & appearance especially with 5-star prices being too expensive

9. Current swimming pools for children are very good & entertaining
10. Water gym is fun & entertaining

the hotel is nice, quiet, comfortable and the security is tight. Many trees and good spots for photo photos

Comfortable hotel. Service is also very nimble. Every evening there is a live music in the middle of the pool.

Love this hotel so much. We stayed for 3 nights. The staff are friendly, polite, helpful and professional.

The hotel itself is spotless. We loved the swimming pool, which is brand new, clean and wide. It also has a lazy pool which the kids live it very much.

Our son love the kids club. It has mini playground and video games with a cozy seat and it also provides a number of activities for the kids.

Free shuttle to the nearby beach - though we didn't use this facility because we rented an ELF for 3 days.

When we stayed, we were offered a free upgrade room to pool view with a balcony. The room has a standard facility and everything is as expected.

We will be staying here again for sure.

Perfect place to Stay as you are close to all places of interest.

Check in date can only be done by 4pm, while based on my experience the latest check in should be at 3pm (in various 5 star hotel) While check out hour is normal at 12pm. People from reservation desk inform the regulation of very late check in has been done by Marriot in may countries which their operate. Very disappointing service.

I only briefly had dinner and there was an event at this hotel. I think the food is delicious. The cakes are also delicious

By far one of the BEST courtyard properties we have stayed at worldwide. Very friendly and attentive staff from front desk to floor manager to F&B operations. Made a puffed fried bread (for bkfast) that my daughter liked for breakfast. Puri for those familiar with it. Within a day they remember our names and our drink preference as we walk in. Happy to have spent few nights with Mr. Made's Courtyard Nusa Dua. Keep it up guys.

Resort is nice. Pools are surrounded by trees. Rooms are big with views of the pool. Staff are very friendly.

The Hotel is beautiful and amenities are excellent. However, I felt the staff "welcomeness" isn't sincere. During the 2 days staying here, I've been asked which room I was staying in at least 4 times. (For no apparent reason) It's not a big deal, just feeling not welcome as a guest.

Excellent service and hospitality. The continental breakfast is awesome with all varieties of food.

After having a morning flight then stranded for almost 3 hours in hotel lobby, waiting for the rooms just to be cleaned was a horrific experience.

Huge resort, they have 3 big pools, jacuzzi and also good for family they have kids club. The room is nice but alot of mosquitos in balcony at night so don't go out, alot of trees and birds and squirrels come to play with you in morning. You can go to the nice beach club they own too the water is nice and can learn to surf. The staff are helpful.

A beautiful and comfortable hotel, the reception and the staff are very courteous and taste a great and beautiful pool The only drawback is that the breakfast is in a very hot place without air conditioning overlooking the pool There is a closed but small and hot place Also close to the popular market street and restaurants There is a bus that runs every head hour to reach the wonderful Bali Collection complex and another bus to arrive to the hotel's sea coast

Resort hotel with large room, nice pool. and gym. We were there for conference so didn't really make use of the facilities. The staff is quite friendly.

In general a nice place to stay. The management should let the customer know if there is a huge construction site next to the hotel. In the room itself you can hear noisy drilling and hammering sounds! For that amount of money only one star, sorry .

I have to mention that their staff is doing an outstanding job !
They are very friendly and attentive.

Beautiful, fairly new hotel. Very clean with very friendly and helpful staff that says hello & smiles when ever you meet. The pool area is great with lots of deck lounges, shade and pool attendants that comes to give you pool towels before you ask for them. There's a pool side bar but not a swim up bar. The pool access rooms are great if you have kids who loves water.
The kids clubs is very reasonably priced but with limited activities. There are seperate shuttle buses to take you to the designated beach club and Bali collection (5-8mins) and back. Metered taxis to Kuta is approx 70-75K rupee (traffic dependent).

After booking a horrible hotel. We found this place. One word AMAZING they are so friendly and accommodate your every need. Beach club is amazing and greatly priced food. Especially the tacos. Beers by the pool a little expensive but Prada supermarket 2 minutes away. So stock up your fridge. We will be back for sure.

Great vibe to this place. Staff is very loving and helpful. Everyone's always smiling. Pools are amazing as well.
