A very clean hotel. A great staff. Delicious 2 restaurants and a small but cool pool bar. I spent 12 days here and really satisfied. At breakfast less true for the European something unfortunately, more the typical Asian and Indian breakfast. A quiet and modern hotel in the beautiful area of Nusa Dua.

The rooms were ok but all the locks in the rooms were smashed up and unusable. The amenities were good. The Momo s Cafe downstairs was expensive.

We stayed in a room with bathtub. The bathroom is big with different areas for bathtub, shower and toilet.
Room has a full length mirror. Bed is comfortable. AC is good

Momo cafe serves delicious breakfast.
Their lunch and dinner was good too. Good portions too. The other restaurant in the resort wasn't liked by us. We had broccoli soup which was bland and very less quantity.
Resort has various events for guests. We tried out Balinese dress up and Balinese dancing. It was done by this kind and sweet staff member called Dewi.
Maete was a very sweet, helpful staff who looked after us in Momo cafe.

The resort has a long windy pool, a whirlpool and a lazy river. Pool is open till 9 pm.
They have shuttle to their private beach at Nusa Dua.
The beach had high tide at noon. However the water is good for surfing and not for swimming. It good deep way to fast and the currents were very strong. Not a lot of waves to play on. Better play in the pool or in other beaches.

They serve guests with kindness and respect.

Five star hotel ... so I will give you 5 stars, ok?

Rooms, service and pools excellent, location (not walking distance to the beach) subpar

I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel, and especially considering that it carries the Marriott name. This was the worse resort I ve stayed at.

After a long night of traveling, I was excited to go to the resort and sleep. As I arrived at the resort, the exterior of the resort is beautiful but don t let that fool you. The staff were also very nice and helpful. But I get to my hotel room, and notice that the room is not as glamorous. So clearly they take better care of the outside parts of the hotel and the lobby area than the rooms. The furniture in the rooms need a major upgrade. This resort is old and the furniture in the rooms definitely show how old it is!! And there s a light above the door when you go into the room and unfortunately the light attracts a lot of bugs so there were mosquitoes in my room. The next day, I asked for a change of room, a room with better furniture and they said all the rooms were the same but they would give me another room. They gave me another room and it s bigger but the furniture is the same, old and outdated. But when I go into this room I notice little tiny bugs crawling on table, and at night when I was trying to go to bed after a rough day, (my atm card wasn t working in Bali), I noticed the same bugs crawling on the bed and on the pillows. SO DISGUSTING!! So I call the service desk and they gave me another room and it also had bugs by the bed so I say I don t want to stay at the resort anymore and got refunded and left.

Good hotel with a nice pool area. A small minus because of noise from the corridor disturbing our sleep on some nights.

Overall great service and enjoyable stay. Property is a bit old.

Nice and large room, very friendly staff. Having breakfast together with squirrels and pigeons feels awesome.

They also have complementary shuttle service available as well which is take you to mall.

The hotel is spacious with a nice swimming pool like the atmosphere of the beach with its sand

Great to relax and enjoy the quieter area of Bali, Hotel has a great restaurant for lunch, did not try breakfast...but for sure is fabulous too...Staff was nice as well.

staffs are very welcoming and dedicated to help, from the front office gentleman who helped me check in, the amazing HK gentleman who provided my request for earl grey tea and who sent the fruit provided by the always welcoming director of operation, the knowlegable pregnant lady in the bar and the dedicated barmen, especially who helped me charge my phone and escort me back to the room in the rain and the people who helped me with my orders and requests, thank you for making my short trip very memorable.

Marriott quality in Nusa Dua. The room rates are too expensive which feels suitable for tycoons and outermost foreign tourists.

Meeting experience in this hotel, the meeting room is quite comfortable, the meeting snacks are pretty good ... drinks like coffee and infused water free flow..tp lunch at this hotel tastes very standard ... the resto is beside the pool, and the pool is nice , but not too big ... and unfortunately the hotel is not directly facing the beach

The walls are thin in this hotel. We had noisy neighbours and called the front desk for help. Instead of shutting said noisy neighbours up, front desk called our room and rang the doorbell close to midnight, keeping up our 3 year old. Not the best way of handling a noise complaint by adding even more noise.

Wonderful Resort by Marriott Group. I Believe Its The Best Among All in Nusa Dua . Rates are Appropriately High Too. Super Luxurious Amenities & Best of The Class Service .

We booked three rooms for three nights, two of the rooms pillows smell bad. When we call the night duty manager, her attitude is in unprofessional and not very helpful. Buffet Breakfast below most the three Star hotel in Bali. I don't recommend, unless you are happy with three stars standard.

Nice place but need to ride or walk to go to the beach.

This hotel is a real treat. Staff was absolutely friendly and helpful, the room comfortable and the food excellent. It s been great!

My favorite Marriott in Bali because of the combination of great staff, good food, nice rooms and the location. The other courtyard is just as nice but it's in a busy part of bali. Nusa dua is much quieter and the nearby beaches are very nice.

Its strategic location in the BTDC area makes this hotel very favorite in its class ... its good design and very large meeting room is a great choice for business meetings or just a vacation in Yogyakarta to enjoy the beautiful white sand beach ..
