Such a beautiful hotel with the most friendly and accommodating staff you could ask for. The staff is what made this place so nice to stay at. The grounds are so beautiful with a lagoon like feeling. It is very affordable for what you get as well. I would definitely stay here again!!

Wawao is the most beautiful hotel in Bali, above imagination, super cleanliness, spacious rooms, varied breakfasts, wonderful reception, and most importantly the staff, where they respond to all your requests with a lasting smile and smile on their lives.
Its disadvantage, though sometimes an advantage, is that it has no direct access to the beach. I will return to him every time, God willing.
The best in nusa dua, the atmosphere is amazing, big rooms, delicious breakfast and the most important features are the staff professionals and smile all the time.I'll be back soon.thanks

Totally overrated. Don t know if it s worst all the lies coming from hotel staff or waiting every day doing a huge line for breakfast, 1 or more hours waiting for shuttle bus beach service...and there s more but summary: not even close to 5 star hotel !

The staff was friendly and breakfast was also good. Room was clean and shuttle was frequent and it was good to go to Bali collection and private beach.

I can not fault this hotel. It is postcard perfect, service is friendly and amazing, the shuttle service to the private beach is an added bonus, staff learn and memorise your names and always so hi when they spot you around. The facilities are fabulous, fantastic food, great customer service - will be back again and again and again. Love Marriott hotels!

I just check out today. Housekeeping great service mind. Counter staff so so, i lost my jacket cardigan in the private meeting room, during there is staff arrange chair. Until now No feedback, No follow up . Losing trust

Cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. Excellent customer service and facilities. I would recommend a pool view room. All in all very good value for money.

Fantastic from start to finish. Most amazing staff I have ever witnessed from a holiday. Nothing was ever too much for them. Resort itself was clean and tidy. Pools were spectacular and buffet breakfast covered everybody's needs. If you are thinking about visiting Bali make this the place to stay.

Good for meetings, unfortunately the prayer room is small and can ask to be taken to the mosque for groups who want to pray Friday.

Security is not friendly by scolding drivers online in front of guests. It seems that there is a certain transportation monopoly here so it seems anti-online transportation.

We stayed here for our honeymoon for 5 nights. Our entire stay was very comfortable. During our stay, unfortunately, I twisted my ankle at the beach club while getting on to the shuttle. The staff was very caring and even sent the resident nurse to our room to check on me that night and offered for a doctor to come and check as well. The next morning as I couldn't walk we ordered room service for breakfast. They did not charge for it and mentioned that it is because they know that I can't come downstairs for breakfast, which was very thoughtful of them. Any issue highlighted was attended to immediately which shows the efficiency of service. Dinner at the resort by the main poolside is always accompanied by soothing live music. The setting is beautiful. Food is delicious.

A special mention to:
- F&B boys at the poolside bar and the bar next to the reception area lounge. They were always so prompt, efficient and friendly - we loved it.
- Housekeeping/room-boys were great as well. Thank you so much for the thoughtful little touches.. towel art and the messages. It brightened up our days.
- Sandra at the Beach Club bar, this girl and her infectious smile is our favorite!
- Nengah - Assistant Manager at the Beach Club bar - super friendly and funny.

The location is ideal as there are so many good restaurants/bars/mini-marts in walking distance if you want to go out of the resort some times. There is a free shuttle of the hotel every 30 minutes which you can take to the Beach Club or Bali Collection if you would like to go for some shopping at a mall.

2 things we disliked:
- During peak hours of breakfast, the staff seemed quite tensed and unorganized. Some guests including us were standing around for a while to be seated.
- The Sales staff of Vacation Rental counter at the hotel need to tone-down their pushiness. Guests' mood and timing should be taken into consideration especially inside the resort.

Hotels that offer comfort for overnight, many swimming pools, all activities offered offer activities, unfortunately a little disappointed the check-in process is very long..but all paid already if already in the room

Courtyard Nusa Dua Resort is beautiful. Loved it. The staff are friendly and welcomed. But need some maintenance in the public restroom area.

Friendly staff and warm atmosphere. The building looks rather new and simple. Not many ornaments and balinese touch around.

We rested at this hotel in December 2019. First impressions were pleasant. The hotel is quite good, in good condition, calm and quiet. Breakfast is quite modest, but you can have a bite. While resting, we noticed that the pool was poorly cleaned: leaves were floating everywhere. But this is not the main minus .... every day we left money for cleaning and were satisfied, but on the last day of our stay there was a very bad story that overshadowed our entire stay at this hotel. The day before, we purchased souvenirs for a rather large amount and left all this in a bag near the table in our room. On the last day, we went to the beach and we were not in the room, but of course we managed to clean up the room for the whole day. When we returned after dinner we were surprised how disgustingly the room was cleaned, we did not even change the towels that lay in such a way that it was clear that we needed fresh ones. More interesting ... Late in the evening we started to pack our bags and simply did not find the package with our purchases !!! Calling the reception desk and explaining the whole situation we were told that they would sort it out. As a result: we are scheduled to leave the hotel at 6 am, all night the hotel staff came to our room !!! They searched us and our suitcases !!!!! , they specified 100 times what was in the missing package, and in the end they said that they had not found the culprit, none of their staff knew anything and gently hinted that we were time, also with malicious smiles. No apologies or damages - nothing! And in the end we were finished off by the fact that they wanted to rip off money from us for calling to another country from our number !!! In general, we were robbed in our own room, but thank God that it turned out to be just souvenirs, not documents with money! So decide whether to go to such a hotel ?????

This was my first time staying at Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua before I have stayed at a different hotel last time. I was really disappointed with the Customer Service and cleanliness at this hotel. The staff wasn't so friendly to the guest. Some of the staff were very rude to guest staying at the hotel. Especially at breakfast when you ask for something they would respond rudely to some guest. Sometimes they would forget to bring what you asked them for like napkins or coffee. Then I would have to ask again they didn't apologize for forgetting to bring what I asked for. The hotel was not very clean like the room, lobby, beach club. The room was not so clean like the floor was not clean it was pretty dirty and the bed sheet had some dark spots on them. When I booked the stay at the hotel on the website it didn't say anything about the renovation. The front desk never told me about the renovation. They only put a couple of guest on that floor were the renovation was going on. The staff was really loud in the early morning painting doing some construction in the rooms. Also, the beach club was very filthy the staff didn't clean up. The same trash was for a couple of days next to the beach lounge chairs. The beach was very dirty for the rest of my stay the staff never raked the beach. The other hotels would rake often the trash on the beach. I am very disappointed about this hotel. I have stayed before at Bali Nusa Dua with a different hotel and around the same price. I had better customer service and the hotel was very neat and clean. Also, the hotel was right on the beach the staff always cleaned the beach couple times a day. I will never stay at this hotel again next time I will stay at the other hotel. I have put this review on TripAdvisor they never posted the review on the website.

Lovely place, I stayed here once last month and they have good atmosphere. I love their swimming pool by the way.

The resort is beautiful, I had an exceptional reception at the reception welcomed by Mr Cynthia who was of an incredible kindness. He helped me in everything, he explained to me in an extremely courteous manner and with maximum availability everything that my holiday offer includes. He accompanied me and indicated every place inviting me to call the reception and the telephone number from
Do to communicate with them. A welcome beyond all expectations, unique, yet very much a journey !!! My room is perfect, attention and care on the part of the staff that I always care to ask if I need something and if everything is okay and to my liking. The Momo club restaurant is fantastic, just as much praise to all the staff for the care and concern they have at all times. The food is delicious, the breakfast offers you everything but really a lot. I can only thank everyone for what they do to make the holiday unforgettable.

Excellent for a family getaway. Easily accessed from airport, friendly staff. Good pools and lazy river. Delicious Mac & cheese on the room service menu.

Not on the beach like we originally thought but everything was very nice. The room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety buffet. The pool is huge. Shuttles every 10 minutes to and from the private beach club. We booked a private beach dinner which was amazing and romantic. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We had a wonderful time here. The room is great, well air conditioned and clean. Service is friendly and prompt. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The daily breakfast is very good but not as nice a range as some other hotels in bali. Bali colection is easily in walking distance but there is a frequent transfer there and to the beach if you wish.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
P.S. the free wifi is great too. 30/30

Of course this is Marriott, so has maintained global standards. Breakfast was good . The only reason to give 4 stars is property is quite old and some rooms smells a bit

Good view, facilities complete and all new. Lots of rooms and a bit confusing to find your way among the 4 hotel buildings. Positive experience over all.

Excellent, clean 5 star hotel. Lovely staff, lazy river is the best! Went in it every day and just floated along in our ring floaty.

relaxing place , good , polite and helpful of all staff( housekeeping are so sweet , everyday will make some cute tower doll ) , excellent smile with them , fantastic pool , only one suggestion : many cacc crew will stay here after 11pm , should arrange them to quite place or little guest area , because it so much annoying from mid night , there have a army keep rolling their luggage and high heel outside your room , like sleep on the corridor
For next time ,I will choose this again . ( but will request the room firstly ...haha )

Very beautiful resort in Bali. Loved their swimming pool. The room was spacious and well lit spaces both inside and outside. Food was okay.

We loved it. My boyfriend and I especially enjoyed the pool areas and the lazy river.
The only few issues we had was that a few areas were not properly air-conditioned. I almost had a heat stroke every time we had breakfast or took the elevator. There was also only one elevator in the building we were staying in, and it was very slow, so we did a lot of walking. Finally, the staff were nice - but sometimes almost too nice. If we forgot to hang the do not disturb-sign, they'd come knocking to check if we were alright or needed anything, which was a bit annoying when we might be napping or relaxing.
But overall this was a great hotel, and the best one we visited on our 9 week round trip in asia.

The hotel staff barged into our room without checking if we were dressed! We complained & they didn't care.

At the check-in i was told ( after i gave passport and credit cars ) that we can order things on the room and pay at checkout; at the beach we were told that i did not create a deposit and have to pay; later at 22h i asked for a macaroon ( roughly 2h ) and 5min later someone knocked on the door with the bill and POS.. really? I was about to leave Bali with 2e debt?!

This hotel offers excellent pool experience. It has 2 amazing pools. One is a bit shady, the other with wave-pool gives you more sunlight for the tanning.

The hotel does have a private beach, but needs a shuttle to reach it. Will take you 5-10 minutes drive. Or you can take the bike rental.

Room also very spacious. Excellent choice for family vacation.
