When I first arrived I was greeted swiftly by a service department rep, but had to wait about eight minutes before anyone came to take my car and information so we could get the process started. After that small mishap the entire process was very quick as it took just a few hours to get my car back and I could see the care they took to make sure it stayed clean. If not for the mistake at the beginning then I would of given five stars.
