We experienced pushy sales techniques, and when it was time to finish the deal, the sales staff backed off promises made. When we left unsatisfied, the staff's body language and inflection of voice indicated they were upset with us, which ensured we wouldn't return.
Staff did a good job. Bought 2015 Chevy Cruze. Seemed a little pushy to sell but not to much.
This place all tricks and games avoid at all possible cost folks .
I searched the Valley for a Tahoe or Suburban. After visiting Courtesy and a couple other places, it was clear to me that Courtesy was where I felt the most comfortable buying my new truck. First, Candelario Perez was warm, knowledgable, and professional. Then, his manager Stan Morton made the experience very easy. The honesty and openness was apparent in every step. My wife, who is averse to car buying, told me upon delivery that they treated her so exceptionally that she will be buying her next vehicle here, as well. Thank you to Martha in finance and everyone we dealt with, you were all wonderful.
The staff that helped us were very patient and helpful with our very complicated needs. We went in just to browse around and hopefully purchase a used car, we ended up trading in our vehicle as well as putting a down payment for two newer cars that worked for a college student and as well as a family car. Everyone that helped us (Will Deguire, Elisa Moreno, Eric Real) was very helpful and answered all questions asked and if they couldn't, they made sure our questions were answered by a manager. We are very satisfied with our purchases and will continue to support Courtesy Chevrolet. Great overall experience.
Do not try to contact them via email or online, they are completely unresponsive and do not follow up on messages and calls. I have now been contacted by 3 different people there and none of them have helped me in any way.

I have always wanted a Ford F-150 truck since I was a young girl. Obviously trucks are very expensive and as a single mom it was not looking like it was going to happen anytime soon. I did a lot of research to see where I would get a good deal on the truck of my dreams. I had a budget and can only afford so much a month. Every dealership I went to basically told me I would not be able to afford a truck. When I saw the internet price on a 2013 F-150 that could possibly be in my price range I had to take the chance. When I got to the dealership Karim Tapia greeted me right away. He did such a great job getting me everything I needed to get this truck at the price I wanted. Not only did he do a good job selling the truck to me, he was and is there to answer every question I had. the battery on the truck was not good so he got me in right away to get me a new one, the lock on the back door was not working right so he got the part ordered and made sure it was taken care of for me. He is an amazing sales guy and he knows how to put his customers first. If I need anything done on the truck I know that I can go to him for help. Be careful with this place specially during the holidays. They try to push you out the door and hurry you up with a car. I have never heard of so many ad ons. They jacked up the price almost 3,000 dollars more . We came in with an approve loan already . They insisted on athe ad ons they wanted us to pay$ 200 for nitrogen on the wheels. Silly they wouldn't buge. Be careful they pack on the ad ons to the paper work.

In the future we as a family will always get our vehicles from Courtsey Chevrolet in Phoenix (and we live in Casa Grande 100 miles away!) excellent service and best deal. Pushy, high pressure dealer. Signed us up for an appointment to return to the dealer without asking; then called repeatedly asking why we missed appointment that we never made in the first place.
I had the pleasure of working with Garrett. He was able to find the best possible option for me with out me even having to push. He was very professional and at the same time very comfortable to work with and communicate my wants and needs etc. He was able to be punctual and my car buying process was speedy with no issues or hang ups. Schedule for routine oil change... go to leave, check engine light is on... I watched them pull it around to the side and open the hood and ADD OIL!!!! Then clean the engine area with a rag kind of like they forgot to put my oil cap back on... now they pulled into a bay so I cant see because they watched me watch them... how are they going to even return a car back with a check engine light on?? Cars are over priced anyhow. Gf bought a 2018 with 34k miles, financed 28k...car is only market valued at 14k... their sale price was 19k... they really knew how to take her to the cleaners with a $600+ payment

We went to courtesy today to look at a used Toyota Highlander that was on their website. I called ahead to ensure that the vehicle was still available. I spoke with salesperson Miguel on the phone and he assured me that the vehicle was there. He said "I just had my hands on it, it's definitely still here". I informed him we were travelling from Surprise and didn't want to waste a trip. He again said no worries, it's here. Right away we traveled to this dealership to view the vehicle. As soon as we arrived the salesperson said "oh yes I think that vehicle is still here, but someone just test drove it so it's in the back lot." They had another lady sale associate go check and when she came back she said that the vehicle sold. We were baffled and explained the situation. We asked for a manager and she said she was one. We said "well, when did it sale?" She said "I'm not sure, it won't show me that." When we expressed our anger, she apologized for Miguel's mistake. She asked if we were interested in any other vehicles. In conversation she then said, "I'm sorry he should have seen that it sold 3 days ago" ??? Wait a minute..you just said it wouldn't show you when it sold. They are all liars. All they care about is trying to get you down there in hopes that you will look at something else. This place is awful. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from it!!!
The worst place to go. The guy was trying to sell us something that we didnt want and after he couldnt, it became super awkward, then they had to send in the manager to try to sell us it, and after we started walking out, they started cracking jokes. Do not go here, not friendly at all.
Don't use Roberto. I went into Courtesy for one specific car that had just been advertised, Roberto Romero was the sales guy next on the draw. We told him what we were looking for, and he walked out to the far side of the lot, but the vehicle was not there. So. we walked inside for him to try and find the vehicle. It took some time, but he finally found the vehicle, it was waiting for the detail shop. The vehicle was a 3/4 ton Suburban and there are not many out there, so we went and looked at it before the detail. After inspection we decided to negotiate for the car. Roberto was just standing by while Edwin and Josh worked the deal. I finally was running out of time. Gave them my offer and they took it. With no time to go through the long paperwork march, I told them to charge a down payment to my credit card and I would be back when the car was ready. As we walked out the door, Roberto was already trying to get me to send him referrals and rate him on this site and google. But for me. That is when the service should start. All he wanted was a referral. When I returned to pick the vehicle, it was missing a strap that was in the vehicle, so we had to go and find it. This took some significant time, and it is one of two things I asked Roberto to make sure stayed in the vehicle. The other one was the cargo mat. I called Roberto and told him the cargo mat was also missing. he said he would get right on it. I spoke with him three times, each time, he blamed someone else for the mat, and the reason why he did not return my call. After the last communication with him, I gave it a week and he never called. I was prepared to walk away, but gave one more chance to the dealership. Jason Church and Debbie jumped on making sure I got a new mat, because in the time Roberto did not deal with it, the old one was discarded. They made sure I was happy and had all that I needed. While I was there as a disgruntled customer Robert came and said he was sorry, and blamed it on others. I told him, "It was you that did not call me back" He still tried to blame others, and then actually asked again for a referral. I told him I would not refer anyone to him, but I promised to write a review. Courtesy was fine... They even made things right after Roberto's apathy and nonchalance. But stay away from Roberto Romero..
Great dealership with friendly sales and service staff. Made buying a car a breeze and the service agreements for certified pre-owned vehicles are nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend.
Typical dealership! Dealership is offering $4000 cash for clunkers. Called and talked to a salesman and at no time did he say there was restrictions. The online add for the used car we were interested in did not state restrictions for using the $4000 cash for clunkers. Got to the dealership. Test drive the car and then we went and sat in the office. The manager was brought out and said he couldn't give us the online sales price plus give us $4000 for our car. He told we must not have read the small print. Looked back on the add and saw NO small print. Whether you lose money or not honor what you print! Wasted over 3 hours and about 90 miles round trip. We hate dealerships and won't be visiting another one for a very long time!!
My mom was needing a vehicle right away as we were new to the Phoenix area. Our Sales person was Lawraleen A. she was very helpfull in finding the right vehicle that would be very good for my mom. Lawraleen was knowledgeable and informed us of all the details with the cars, paperwork and the financing. we didnt feel pressured into buying a certain vehicle, she showed us our options.i will definitely refer people to her n Courtesy Chevrolet.

Sales and finance people were great. Very informative but unfortunately they didn t inspect the car my son purchased. Brake caliper fell off and was broke down not 15 minutes down the road. Not a good feeling when your in traffic and your brakes go out during rush hour! We were towed back to the lot about an hour and a half later. Of course they are going to fix it but honestly they should refund his down payment or something.... he lost time from work and his kid had to stay extra at the babysitters! A lose, lose situation all the way around! Not feeling so great with them right now!

I was in a horrible accident that totaled my 2017 Chevrolet Equinox. Andre was my Sales person. I requested that I wanted to be put into the same type of vehicle White Chevy Equinox with 18,000 miles or less due to my vehicle i had was only 1 year and 3 months before the accident. Once he got an idea what i wanted he requested that i follow him. As we walked past the Vehicles on the floor he takes me out to the east side of the building. We walked for a bit and going through my head i'm thinking "He's taking me over to the used car lot." Next thing you know he takes me into a compound where vehicles are behind a huge wall. With a huge grin on his face he said choose what you want. He went above and beyond and put me into a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox with the color i originally wanted when i bought my White Equinox in 2017. I couldn't be happier how hard Andre, Eric (Finance), Dora worked to get me into what I wanted. Thank you!!

I brought my truck in for an oil change and it turned out to be too early. As I was there talking to the mechanic, I mentioned that it seemed like the fuel efficiency seemed to drop. Being that this is my 1st truck and 1st diesel, I was not sure what to expect. Brendan explained that summer time, fuel is effected by heat. He did, however, ask if I had time for them to give it a once over to verify it wasn't something else. They took my truck and put it up on the lift and inspected it. What a great group of guys and gals! In the meantime, I stopped by their aftermarket shop and saw Brian who remembered me from 7 months before and getting my running boards put in. They checked on me and kept me informed as to what they checked and when they were doing a test drive. They made sure I was comfortable and had water or a drink. When we are ready to buy another vehicle, we will be back to Courtesy...even though there are at least two or three Chevy dealerships closer. The experience of their customer service in all areas is outstanding!

I came in with crappie trade in and very low credit score, 535 I think it was. Lamar worked with me and got me 9% interest rate. Bought a new Chevy Equinox. I just love it! In February I would like to trade it in when my 3 yrs are up and Warranty is done. I'm 69 yrs old, a veteran, and 100% disabled. I don't want to deal with repairs. Easier to buy new car with warranty. Also I love the OnStar.

Courtesy Chevrolet is above the rest. Great experience from the moment I walked on the lot with a salesmen named Charlie, great selection and showed me the exact vehicle I was looking for. Purchased the same day and the rest of the team made the experience enjoyable, especially Condy Perez.
We came to the lot and Jude walked up to us as soon as we got out of our old piece of crap car. I told him our financial situation and exactly what we were looking for and he worked his butt off to find a way to help us. We went in with the plan of getting a used vehicle, but Jude was able to get us a 2014 Chevy Cruze! We drove off the lot with a brand new vehicle with 7 miles on the odometer! (We have never owned a brand new vehicle before.) It took a while to set everything up, including the setting up of the OnStar system at the very end, Jude stayed patient and friendly even though we didn't pull off until almost 9:30 (30 minutes after closing).
We moved to Phoenix two weeks ago, and Jude's professionalism, friendliness, and work ethic have made our first really big purchase, and new car buying experience a great one!
Side note, everyone we dealt with was awesome. Martha in financing, Jeremy (I think) who helped with understanding the vehicle, and the gentleman who helped with registering our OnStar were all great too.

We just purchased a Tahoe Premier. This has been the easiest process I've ever experienced. Our sales rep Gustavo Maldonado was great! He was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable on what we needed. He went beyond our expectations to make sure we got the vehicle we want it at the best price possible.
WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!! Do not let all these fake 4 or 5 star ratings fool you. They probably have people fill out reviews to make this dealership look good. I've purchased half a dozen trucks here and their sales and service is great.
Recently ordered a part online when I got it I didn t need it anymore so I went to there website and tried emailing them so I can return it. A week goes by and I don t get a reply so I call and I only get voice mails. I continue to send an email every week and have been trying to call everyday but nothing. One day I get a hold of a supervisor and give him my order number and I ask if there is anything else he needs from me to start a return but says that is it and I should get an email soon with instructions but it is now 3 days later and nothing still and my 30 day return policy is going to be up in a couple days now. I guess I m losing out on $75.
Salesman (Oscar) was good and worked hard. This should have been an easy sale. Knew what we wanted, researched the price and was pre-approved for financing. Still took over 4 hours to work through it.
Dealer kept adding dealer options I did not want with no real explanation why. Tried to get out of the deal and was told I couldn't even though we had not taken possession of the vehicle yet. Every Chevrolet Dealer (four in total) I went to in Phoenix area tried to rip us off.
In the end we still got a good price but it was exhausting and took persistence. Would have been better off going to another state.
I will NEVER purchase a car from a dealer again. Seems all they really wants is the money and don't truly care about the customer. Don't think they understand we purchase cars every 2-3 years.
Mechanic left grease/oil on my steering wheel and driver's side door handle. After clean up, I have no other complaints. Service Department was great and they make you comfortable with an amazing "Waiting Area" for the customers.

Just purchased a 2014 Volt which we love. The entire purchase experience was good. We got an initial quote via the internet and scheduled a test drive. The staff was ready for when we arrived and we took the car out for a spin. After the drive there was no pressure about closing a deal. Steve Rimer just asked us to keep him posted on how are decision process was going. After we arrived home, we decided that the Volt was for us and after several email exchanges with Steve we closed on a price which was acceptable to us. The process to actually close the deal was very smooth. It took about 5 minutes in the finance office to sign papers. There was not pressure to purchase any additional things such as a warranty. Overall the purchase experience was very good.

Bought my first Chevy at Courtesy 40 years ago from Bill Gruell, prices have changed and I can't get a standard transmission at least I didn't see any in the back lot. Austin the sales guy is super smart and very knowledgeable. They better keep this kid.

I've owned three cars now from Courtesy and NO ONE has ever touched them, not even for an oil change, except for the staff at Courtesy... you guys are top-notch... and you have the best reputation in the City of Phoenix ..that is why the City of Phoenix trusts you with their fleet of vehicles.
I visited courtesy Chevrolet and was directed to David Blankinship who handles Corvette sales. My experience was friendly, pleasant, and informative. He gave me a test drive and then offered and found a 2013 Corvette and worked up the deal quickly. when I decided not to buy the 2013 and wait for the 2014 I received a call a week later about an Anniversary Edition 2014 Corvette that was arriving. I went in as soon as possible and an hour later I was the new owner. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was professional, friendly, and accommodating. Negotiating and purchasing a new car was an easy and pleasant experience at Courtesy Chevrolet.
I brought our car in to have it fixed in your body shop. The car was completed on time and returned to us in great condition (the car had been washed and vacuumed). The people I dealt with were all very courteous and answered all my questions fully. I would definitely bring our car back to Courtesy Chevrolet to have all of our work done, and I would recommend them to all my friends and everyone I meet.

We were pleased with the costumer service that Ben Johnson provided us. We had initially went their for an issue that my car was having. Before meeting Ben we had another service person "helping" us. Waited for HOURS and he didnt even come to introduce himself like they usually do. After all the hours waited the issue wasnt even fixed. I called again and requested a new service person. When I got their, they said he was off due to an injury. I was disappointed because its far for me and i try and work around my work schedule, that day communication wasn't good and we were just bouncing around with different people. Front office was rude at times as well. So this is when we met Ben Johnson and he helped us in a fast, kind, professional way. I recommend this guy costumer is priority. And I'm happy with the outcome of my car! It got fixed. The reason I give it a 5 star is because at the end of the day we were satisfied in what Ben did for us. Thank you!
