I found the dealership and it's personnel to be real people and not just sales commission motivated robots. Our sales representative, Dana Batchan, was exceptional! Our experience was so much better at Courtesy than the other Chevy dealerships in the valley. We recommended Courtesy Chevrolet to our neighbor who also had a great experience and purchased a vehicle. The warranty program is superior and the service agents are very professional. I will definitely be back in the future. Keep up the good work.
