Some mixed feelings when correct. On the one hand decent service, Unfortunately when I came back with a broken device, I was a bit short and snarlingly addressed. Claim this and so that ... Eventually after a period of saying that they are going to repair or exchange the device, they have exchanged the device for a new one. This was handled very well by them.

After first canceling, now again a date change for the VHF course. After a phone call to confirm that e.e.a. has been confirmed earlier, it appears that the date promised to me is not correct and whether I can be so flexible to change my plans again. What to do Correct Marine ???

Compared to stores such as Media Markt and BCC, Correct has much more choice when it comes to audiovisual products. Certainly in terms of speakers and HIFI, one will find more and also some better brands here. Great help from a friendly seller today when I asked if I could play with the image settings of the Philips 903 OLED TV. I was immediately given a remote control and was allowed to go my way without any further supervision. Top!

Sleepwalkers Spent three (three!) Minutes watching various TV screens. Constantly surrounded by several sleepwalkers in blue-gray / gray-blue shirts with a tie of undefined color. No steps whatsoever to inquire about any buying interest.

Have a browse in the bargain cellar for great offers. In the store you sometimes have to wait a long time before someone has time to help you, but if they have time, they will take it too. Advice is perfect. Tip: If customers ask if all the necessities are in the box to connect at home, ask if the customer also has that special cable at home, if not, sell one.

We purchased a mobile air-conditioner from Correct 3 weeks ago, we didn't like the Inventum AC701 so I wanted to send it back so it appears NOT to be possible. May only return it UNUSED and in its original packaging. I still have the packaging neat but I used the air conditioning to see if it met our expectations. You should still try to see if you like it ???? Long live all other major internet companies where this is possible, I don't mention names. But I NEVER buy anything at Correct! a 1 for the effort to deliver.

Correct has it! Yet? Especially from The Hague to Correct for the soundbar yamaha 5600. The most expensive of its kind, however, crumbled away in a corner. I approached a salesperson myself who is staring at it. Unfortunately no interest whatsoever in wanting to sell and therefore had no intention of going any further behind his counter from TFE. At the time there was nobody in this department (customers). Missed opportunity for correct especially in these internet times. Does this concern me the way in which I will no longer order it from Correct. Nice that I could view the system in real life.

Friendly staff. We were offered a cup of coffee when we waited in line at customer service for a relevant employee who would help us. It is not the most chic place to see. But very competitively priced. Also free parking in front of the door. And easily accessible.

I really don't get these higher reviews. We bought a washing machine here that broke almost immediately, but they couldn't give us our money back. We were forced to choose another type (which we did not want) because the one we had initially purchased was no longer there. Now we have a bad brand that was also not good right away. Now within 1.5 years this washing machine won't do anything anymore and if you call then nobody can help you and you just have to wait 2 weeks with your SECOND broken washing machine. (Was with expensive towels still in, which we can not get out) Weird and outrageous!

I am very dissatisfied with Correct's after sales. I bought a high-pressure cleaner from Karcher online in January, which turned out to be broken when it was commissioned in May. I know you are supposed to test a purchase right away, but again and again it wouldn't allow that if I had the opportunity to do so myself. After registering this problem, I was allowed to send the device to Rotterdam at my own expense ( 17.50) and then got the device back almost a month later. It was in a regular cardboard box, with grease stains and a loose on / off switch somewhere between the items. Also, all parts were removed from the outside of the device and 1 of those parts was damaged in such a way that it had to be replaced (just really broken !!!, someone must have seen that). I then had to wait almost 2 weeks for that part. There was also a bag with some screws, so if I wanted to put it back together again. I think this is a very bad state of affairs and I would also think that you have the decency to return a newly purchased and never used device properly. For me anyway reason to no longer make purchases at Correct because I don't want to be treated like that again.
