After first canceling, now again a date change for the VHF course. After a phone call to confirm that e.e.a. has been confirmed earlier, it appears that the date promised to me is not correct and whether I can be so flexible to change my plans again. What to do Correct Marine ???

Correct has it! Yet? Especially from The Hague to Correct for the soundbar yamaha 5600. The most expensive of its kind, however, crumbled away in a corner. I approached a salesperson myself who is staring at it. Unfortunately no interest whatsoever in wanting to sell and therefore had no intention of going any further behind his counter from TFE. At the time there was nobody in this department (customers). Missed opportunity for correct especially in these internet times. Does this concern me the way in which I will no longer order it from Correct. Nice that I could view the system in real life.

I was in the water sports department. Now in the basement of the building with electronics, etc. What a damper. Has hardly any appearance anymore. And unclear. When I was in Rotterdam I always visited two water sports. Correct falls for me. Purchase today elsewhere.

I too was a Correct customer for years, but that is now also over. Why? First of all, I asked to help me upgrade the CI card in the TV, both purchased from Correct. They could not start that. I then looked at a 7.1 receiver with (Magnat Needle) boxes. The knowledge and skills of the employee were truly sad and, moreover, the price in the bargain cellar turned out to be much higher than through an Internet store. Don't get me wrong I would like to pay a bit more for service and convenience. But Correct no longer offers that!

I would like to give more stars but unfortunately I can not judge anything other than 2 stars. Denon heos reciever bought with heos speaker. The first seller was clearly driven and helped several customers at the same time. We then looked for another seller who took a bit more time for us. However, it is a pity that the misleading information was given about the wonderful price. It would be a 'very nice offer' special low priced so a bargain. Unfortunately it turned out on arrival that this price is the usual price and there are even providers who offered the Denon cheaper because of an apparently "real offer". No offer so with Correct. Misleading sales is not worth more than 2 stars. I'm very disappointed by Correct. We go specifically to Correct because we thought we were more sincere than with price fighters like the Media market for example. No complaints about the products. Just nice stuff.

Since the business moved and tucked away in a side street, I don't come here that often anymore (I used to be a regular on Bergweg). When I came to take a look again last week, I was a bit shocked to be honest. Sellers came across uninterested and when I asked an employee behind the counter if the Google Chromecast was being sold, he replied that it was totally non-customer-focused: "no, and why should we, I have a smart TV." No matter how much that applies to his own situation, a customer-oriented seller focuses on the situation and the wishes of the customer, the employee's own situation must be secondary. Physical stores, insofar as they still exist, should also realize that they can only survive if they go a step faster, in service, in customer-friendliness, in solution-orientation. In this case, none of this turned out to be the case, which means that the road to just buying online is now wide open for me ... Correct has certainly ended after this one visit. The dedicated, service-oriented employees of yesteryear on the Bergweg now seem like nothing more than a memory ...

I had seen an offer of the sony wh 1000xm3 in a newspaper I have relied on that, I am not there anymore. does not matter for the rest but good. asked everywhere no he is no longer there. The staff says that it is no longer on the site. so it was simply ordered and paid, we get to hear. It is a counting error. then I started calling and you are simply not helped further. hence the two stars.

Online shopping is still the old-fashioned way. That has its charm, but oh my, inefficient. No automatic confirmation received after ordering. So I called the next day to check. Yes, received the gentleman said very kindly. He himself indicated that the company is celebrating its 80th anniversary and that the automation is also 80 years old. And that's right. But the package would be delivered tomorrow. Late in the evening I received an email that the carrier tried to reach me and that delivery would not be possible without contact .. So I just sent back an email that could be delivered any time of the day (incidentally, it is a small package). The lady said that my response was too late. Delivery was no longer possible and it would be a day later. Gosh ... I really feel sorry for the organization. How do they survive with this degree of automation ...? Is there no one at this huge company who can take automation from 1980 to 2020? I really like the contacts, my compliments for that. But ordering online is not yet recommended. Way too cumbersome.

I found it disappointing. Little faded glory. Half hearted listening studio, many b brands. There is a wide choice and at the bargain corner you can score nice things for little money. Parking is free, but also easily accessible by public transport.
