I am very dissatisfied with Correct's after sales....

I am very dissatisfied with Correct's after sales. I bought a high-pressure cleaner from Karcher online in January, which turned out to be broken when it was commissioned in May. I know you are supposed to test a purchase right away, but again and again it wouldn't allow that if I had the opportunity to do so myself. After registering this problem, I was allowed to send the device to Rotterdam at my own expense ( 17.50) and then got the device back almost a month later. It was in a regular cardboard box, with grease stains and a loose on / off switch somewhere between the items. Also, all parts were removed from the outside of the device and 1 of those parts was damaged in such a way that it had to be replaced (just really broken !!!, someone must have seen that). I then had to wait almost 2 weeks for that part.
There was also a bag with some screws, so if I wanted to put it back together again. I think this is a very bad state of affairs and I would also think that you have the decency to return a newly purchased and never used device properly. For me anyway reason to no longer make purchases at Correct because I don't want to be treated like that again.
