Immediately after purchasing my Sony WF-1000XM3 (approximately 200) indicated that I am not satisfied because people cannot understand me. They do not want to take the product back - even within 14 days after purchase - because it has already been used, but only to assess it for repair. How should a consumer find out if the product is functioning properly? By looking at the box?

Learned a great lesson, I will never buy anything here again. Correct should do justice to its name, but instead it can take an example from Coolblue. Also a Rotterdam company, but what "Everything does for a smile"!
Or maybe read the book Mr Amazon about Jeff Bezos to learn how to put customers first because they ultimately form the basis for your right to exist.

Order had disappeared in their system, only after proof of transaction was it suddenly found (in the meantime called 3 times but nothing found). In addition, the invoice did not contain the company name which was entered during the ordering process (was also entered automatically), I was told that it was not the case. To receive an invoice with company name, I had to return the old invoice by post to the head office (for the tax authorities?). Not really cooperative or thinking. For example, they could have issued a new invoice after making a credit.

Where one salesman fails in customer service (order it online), another employee succeeds in bringing a brand new device out of the store for me the next day and makes me happy! The TV can be operated again.
As far as I am concerned, Mr Wim Vinke deserves a symbolic warm shower! A man with a heart for the customers.

Correctly seems to be losing the battle with the webshops. The slogan used to be "if Correct doesn't have it, just forget it". So Correct was often THE store to visit. They go along with the low prices of the internet. But it appears that it is not easy to keep a physical store open. It's just a shabby mess these days.

December 6th at Correct audio, a clear presentation. We have been able to test all small speakers (+ -60)! In the end we were kindly helped with the choice. Together with the seller we picked out Heco speakers and a Yamaha amplifier. Today I tried everything and the result is great!
