I have been working with Continental Credit for a few months now. In the beginning, I had a lot of questions in my initial sign up process. After that, I would call in and speak to a different rep everytime, ask more questions, get some answers. I wasnt really please with how some of the reps explained different outcomes to me, but nevertheless, my questions were answered and understood with a little help from google. My last call to Continental went better than all the other combined. Tommy was the rep i worked with, and will continue to work with exclusively. I explained to him my situation, time constraints, and worries I had. In my opinion, Tommy is the only rep I've worked that actually cared, or seemed to care, about getting my credit to where it needs to be by a specific time. He explained to me different things that I could possibly do, if need be, that noone else has explained to me before. Tommy really helped me better understand the issues I need to work on and how/when to correct them. Thanks for all the help, Tommy, it was and is extremely appreciated.
