I just received an email from privacy guard alarming of new inquiries I never requested appearing on my credit report...since my first date with the agency the counselors have assisted me, but RANDY immediately heard the disappointment within my conversation from the several inquiries placed on my credit report, he allowed me to vent, with his expertise within his profession, placed my mind at ease.....went another step forward offered me his direct extension for any future questions I might have.
