Alexis, is wonderful - I called her this morning, after being in the program since November 2018, and it was truly a pleasure talking with her. Not only did she provide me an update on my file, but provided me with excellent advice on how to go about my accounts going forward. She provided the best customer service, answered all my questions, and displayed great professionalism and sensitivity to my situation. Through her, I felt very supported and not to mention, was happy to keep my membership for another month :) Thanks Alexis for all your help today!
