The Company did a fairly decent job in improving my credit score. I called them to cancel my service today and they had me on hold for some time, the person that answered transferred me to a Sales guy and he kept giving me a run around and insisted I stay on because of the good works they were doing for me. Granted, I agree, I wish he could just smoothly process my request. He had me on hold again for longer than I would have liked before transferring me to the billing person. I was charged 5 days ago for their service. I was told I will be charged the full billing amount in 3 weeks or so from now. It doesn't make sense to me why their charge won't be pro-rated for the service they provide, which should really be for 5 days worth of work not the full month charge since I requested their service to be cancelled effective immediately.
