I ve been using this company since September when the mortgage lender told me how good they are since I was not approved for a home loan. At first I saw a few point increase. But since November I have had my score drop even lower. Ive called several times and when I finally got ahold of someone they convinced me to stay but since then my score has dropped 37 points but there is no changes to my report according to credit karma. My husband is also in the same boat. He has called 3 times and no answer left messages and no one has returned his call. I m very disappointed with the customer service of this company. When you talk to them they are polite but they offer very minimal help or guidance. I asked for an action item list to help and they seem to not have a solution, they just tell me to be patient and let them send disputes. The problem is I m paying a ton of money for something I can do with the credit company s myself or with an app called upturn. So if a lender refers you her beware it may work at first but is it worth the hassle and money when you can do it yourself. Worst part is I just want to cancel and I think that s why they won t return my call.
