I just left the Consulate: very good experience! I came to collect my father's identity card. There were 25 numbers before me, but it was very fast. The gentleman who received me (counter 15) was very polite. He saw my French identity card and spontaneously asked me if I understood Portuguese well. With about 200 people going up and down, only one person can fit.

Recovering a simple identity card is refused at 16:20 because this "service" is only possible until 16:00! WTF! To recover a simple document it is necessary to do it in the beginning of the afternoon ??? But it's lazy my word !! Especially since this instruction is not written null!
