I just left the Consulate: very good experience! I came to collect my father's identity card. There were 25 numbers before me, but it was very fast. The gentleman who received me (counter 15) was very polite. He saw my French identity card and spontaneously asked me if I understood Portuguese well. Recovering a simple identity card is refused at 16:20 because this "service" is only possible until 16:00! WTF!
