It is incredible how in the middle of 2020, civil servants still pretend to work.
Between coffee every 10 min, eat cookies while you attend, constant wrong information. They still excuse the delay with colleagues who went on vacation.
A shame.
In Portuguese Consulates that I have been around the world, this is undoubtedly the one that least wants to work
