I went to do my kids' bi and it went well but I still haven't received anything at home, it's been at least two months and I've called several times and nothing, I've been waiting half an hour and nobody answered, shameful! Now I need the identity cards and I don't even know what to do I will have to miss a day and even then I'm not sure it will be resolved! I don't understand!
