I bought an HP probook 455 g8 laptop from them because the price of this device was lower than in other chains of electronics stores (how wrong I was). I've never dealt with them before and haven't read any reviews. This cantor does not have showcases with equipment, they ordered a laptop from some warehouse. Before agreeing to make a purchase, I asked the consultant in advance if the product is defective or does not meet the technical specifications, whether they will change it or return the money to me. The consultant assured me that yes, that they comply with consumer protection law. When I came to their office to pick it up, I asked the consultant to open it to make sure that the device was working, he opened it and took it out, but I couldn’t turn on the device because the battery was completely discharged, I was not offered to connect the laptop to the outlet. At that moment, I did not notice anything unusual, except that the laptop tray was plastic and not metal, as in the video review of this model. Then he lowered this moment to his own inattention and took the laptop home. The laptop came without an operating system. I have a technical education in the field of IT, and after about a week when Windows was already installed and configured, when I tried to set up authorization through the fingerprint sensor, the system gave an error stating that such a device was not found in the system, although there is a zone on the case for this sensor
. The sensor did not work even after installing the drivers from the official site. It was decided to return the laptop to the store for a replacement. They immediately refused to replace it, referring to the fact that a check at the service center and an act of detecting a factory defect were needed. I was offered to take it or, if I wanted to, take it there myself. At the service center on Bulgara 33/1, they immediately told me that they do not service HP laptops, although their address was indicated on the laptop box and in the warranty card too. I had to return to the store so that they sent it for verification, there I talked with the consultant who sold it to me and I expressed a desire to pay extra so that the device would be replaced with something that had the necessary functionality for me. On the same day, a consultant called me and said that supposedly this laptop has two versions, one in a complete set and one that comes with a plug for a fingerprint scanner, and alas, this is not their responsibility for what I chose and that tomorrow I can come pick it up . It is worth noting that at that moment I was awakened and I could not adequately perceive anything. After a couple of hours, I decided to consult with a lawyer about how legitimate the actions of the store employees were, to which I was given to understand that the store was violating my rights as a consumer. On the second day, I approached to the store and the theater of the absurd began, since the consultant did not want to meet me and replace the device or return the money, while no documents confirming that the laptop had really passed the examination for authenticity were provided to me, but at the same time firmly insisting that this laptop matches the description on the store's website (the product description can be changed by the word if employees have access to the site's admin panel). I wrote a statement that I demand a refund due to non-compliance of the product with technical specifications in accordance with consumer protection law. When leaving, the consultant threw me such a phrase that they are not responsible for this laptop if I leave it with them. I had to pick it up because at that moment I was, to put it mildly, annoyed with the way I was treated. On the same day, I received a letter in the mail with a refusal to return the funds. Being at home, I take out this ill-fated laptop and try to set up authorization through a webcam, which should have had an infrared sensor for this technology. The system tells me that this device does not support this technology. At this point, I was already taken aback. I took out the laptop box and started looking for information about this device by serial number on the website of the distributor of this equipment, it gives me a device with the parameters that I wanted to buy, but this functionality was not in the device that I was sold, it is worth noting that in the contacts section on the site it was marked the address of the service center on Bulgara 33/1 which refused me service last time. The next two trips to that service center led to the fact that I was able to prove that they sold me a low-quality product, if not a fake, and although they did not immediately want to help me, they assured me that they would give me the money in full, but I must return the device to the store as they have already spoken to the store management. The service said that if there are questions when returning the goods, it is better to call them immediately so that they can sort it out. Stupid questions started again in the store, I was already on the aisle and forgot to call the service at that moment. As a result, the store put forward the condition that they would keep 5 percent of the cost of the goods for themselves, since the goods were opened and blah, blah, blah. I agreed on emotions as I had no more strength to continue this conversation. 95% of the cost of the goods was returned to me that day, although not immediately.

Outcome:

I wanted to buy myself a cool laptop, but I bought myself a big headache and at my own expense. Now I tend to overpay but make sure I don't have to go through this shit again (mean pays twice). I advise you to read real reviews before each purchase in some store and pay attention to whether the store has showcases with appliances. Do not let your rights be violated, be vigilant!

The consultants do not know their goods, they misinformed even when asked to return money for the goods, since I cannot use it with a smartphone, they answered in an official. letter rejection. Leaky legislation, their rights to protect the records of telephone conversations with a consultant in the Moldavian court is impossible. In the letter, they indicated that I asked only about the connector, which is FALSE. There are records of a telephone conversation, where I mention. For what I need a device. I called up several times, asked if I would take (what customer care !!!) The consultant didn t care about her work so much that she had already ordered the goods from the warehouse without first receiving a positive response client (this is so, to the overall picture of a semitone). In one word, just to sell. Unfortunately, the legislation on the side of liars. As a specialist from the rights protection association explained, consumers in Moldova are now empty. Bypass and let you get lucky with conscientious sellers!

Last night I ordered an A4Tech Bloody Terminator T70 mouse in the gsmshop online store
Total amount - price (586 MDL) + delivery (50 MDL) during the day.
Paid delivery of the mouse immediately touched - usually delivery in Chisinau is free, but, okay, so they most likely can afford lower prices on the site - delivery straightens everything.
Initially, everything was fine: they called quickly, they said that they would bring me tomorrow. Specifically specified whether they will deliver it to me at 5 p.m. (end of work day). They said it would be until 17.
The next day (today, i.e.) I waited until the end of the working day - only one message in the morning that the order was accepted, wait until 17 from the courier and that s all, silence.
At 16.00 I called the store - they said that they had problems with the network, they asked me to dictate the address again and promised that the courier would contact me after 18.00.
Courier contacted. He did not have a navigator (already an indicator), so he had to dictate the route. When he arrived, it turned out that he also had no change.
Subtraction task: I had 650 lei with me, the red price of the mouse was 586, the delivery was 50, and accordingly, the change was 14 MDL (a trifle, but reluctance to give it away somehow ruined my mood).
Either the comrade really had no money, or regretted taking it from his heart , but soon a statement came that he should only bring the goods and is not obliged to do anything else + a few more expressions of varying degrees of incorrectness.
Given all this (the lack of punctuality, delivery and courtesy), I refused the order, which was later reported to the courier authorities.
The answer was: "You are in your right, next time be MORE ASSEMBLED." A sort of final touch of oil painting Excellent communication with the client
Conclusion: I don t know how in this store with appliances, but the courier service is rated at three with a minus (and this is because I arrived nevertheless).
And with this service, customers vote with their feet and the button - the benefit of online stores in Chisinau is enough.
