Can anyone help me understand why the consulate's reception capacity has not yet been increased given the number of people passing through it on a daily basis? Why are the employees always smiling and willing to do their jobs, while all the employees I came across (except security) are all cold and obnoxious? Anyway, at least the service is fast (for those like me who booked online before going).
