Incredibly comfortable and functional rooms, with a luxurious feel throughout. Staff is classy, professional, and very helpful. Quick check in, beautiful atrium/lobby, and a great location in the city.

Expensive, but a great location next to One World Trade Center, Ground Zero, Wall Street, and everything else in lower Manhattan. Some rooms have a view of the Hudson. WiFi was good and free for guests. Skip the hotel restaurant, too expensive, especially with so many good restaurants within walking distance.

I should preface my comments by saying that I am a customer service professional. So I have an understandably heightened awareness of issues surrounding that topic. So, let us tell you that throughout our stay at the Conrad, service was thoroughly professional: personable, conscientious, and considerate. The staff uniformly anticipated our needs: even providing solutions to concerns we hadn't yet voiced. You all should be take pride in meeting the highest standards of service and customer care. Kudos.

Everyone is extremely friendly. Our room was ready long before we were there and we were able to check in early. Same thing with checking out. We wanted to check out a little later and they let us stay for another 2 hours with no additional charge. Housekeeping kept everything very clean. The room was very modern looking and the view was great. Would definitely come again!

We spent 8 insurmountable days at this hotel. To begin we warned that we would arrive at 12H with our 3 children of 4, 9 and 11 years and made a special request to enjoy the room immediately. At almost 9 hours flight, we waited for our room 3 hours without even a glass of water. We were told a room of 65 M2 with 2 double beds and a sofa bed, the room was barely 45M2 and impossible to fit 2 in a double bed. The toilets in our room were clogged, despite several interventions, they remained clogged during all the stay, we had to take our children at night in the common toilet of the reception. We had yoghourts that we put in the fridge, what a mistake! They charged us $ 100 worth of drinks, because electronic fridge, bottle moved: bottle charged ... We ended up getting another old fridge full of mold. We had a breakfast included, surprise when we brought the bill. We had to fight so that breakfast would not be charged. At $ 25 the scrambled eggs you think! Despite all our complaints, nothing has changed. At the end of our stay, we asked to meet the manager to tell him our indignation, great lord, he refunded us one night! At $ 700 a night including taxes it made us a nice leg.
THIS HOTEL IS NOT FOR FAMILIES! IF YOU ARE IN THE 5 * FUYEZ!

I love staying at the Conrad. Rooms are beautiful and of a nice size. Prefect for relaxing after a long day without feeling cramped. I like the digital key option which allows me to bypass the front desk and go right to my room.

This hotel is very stylish, but seems more concerned about its own image than about caring for guests or making you feel welcome. Think wannabe nouveau-riche snob, not real upper class luxury with the substance behind it. Not worth full price.

Amazing services. They know what their guests expect individually.
If you left glasses by the bed, they put a glass wipe there. If you use face towels only by the right bowl, you ll find there s two more face towels put just near the right bowl...Those kind of tiny happiness happens every single day.
Here s the true place of customer experience

This is my go too place for New York - its reasonably priced and has (relatively) massive rooms (w/ a sitting room, and spacious shower and bedroom). On top of that it feels like a space pod straight out of the future - a cozy, modernist cocoon of tranquility. (The surrounding area also serves to enhance the environment of repose - upper Battery Park City is relatively quiet, clean, and sleepy, at night.)

If I may digress for a note on the parent brand: Hilton - I feel that more than any other hotel brand they set them selves apart, not by the service or the amenities (tho those are great too), but by their attention to optimizing the customer experience. This hotel exhibits this in such small ways as lights that turn on automatically when you open the closets (the lights to the rooms also turn on when you open the doors) and pocket doors between all of the regions of the room, which are not strictly necessary, but lend a extra level of privacy while using some of the multi-purpose areas of the room.

Nice hotel near the Hudson and Battery Park. You'll immediately notice upon entering that the building used to be an Embassy Suites but was later purchased by Goldman Sachs and turned into a Conrad.

I stayed here in January and had a great experience! The staff was very attentive and polite. The rooms are very spacious with nice bathrooms. The location seems to be in a secluded area, with a few eateries and a movie theater, however it's a great get-a-way from the city while in the city!

For the price, I would expect more. Definitely upscale, but the rooms didn't seem like they were designed for convenience. No place to hang the hand towel, no outlets on top of the nightstand, no Chromecast hooked up to the TV. Light switches were flat panels of glass and not backlit, so it was hard to hit the light switch when the light is off. I prefer Club Quarters WTC, not fancy but functional.

We went to the rooftop bar. The bartender ordered the wrong drink for our group (more expensive) and caused us a bunch of issues. The drinks were nice and so was the decor. I wish the service was reflective of the price tag even when it's a little busy.

Great stay, really close to Freedom Tower. Comfortable bed, modern, and most impressive looking room of anything related to Hilton I've seen. Shower rainfall separated from bathroom. Free breakfast option as gold member or $20 off regular breakfast menu for each person (and includes free juice/coffee if you use the credit toward a menu item).

Amazing hotel. Rooms are huge for NYC, shower and bed are wonderful. Staff is amazing. I had put the service light on, then switched it to privacy because I stopped by the room for a few minutes. We left, forgot to turn the privacy light off. The housekeeping director proactively called my cell phone to confirm what I was intending and I was able to get the room cleaned even though I forgot to turn off the privacy light. I'll stay here again in a heartbeat next time I'm in NYC!

Love the location - lots to do/see nearby including Battery Park, WTC complex (911 memorial, Oculus, etc), ferry to statue of liberty. For food there are several restaurants around the block but our favorite is Le District which is across the street at Brookfield Place.

For breakfast we love the hotel restaurant (though go early bc there was wait on Sunday at 10am) but there are several options around the block too if you are looking for something cheaper.

As an FYI, the rooftop bar is small and barely has any vie of the water.

Location is great right across mall with underground PATH to World Trade Center and Subway stations. Breakfast buffet is good quality. Relation Manager, Doris Fong is very attentive to customer need. Overall my recent family trip at Conrad New York was great!

One of the better hotels in the battery park area. Some maintenance can be improved but the staff make you feel like you are the only guest staying at the hotel.

Added some photos of the luxury suite. Website is a little lacking in terms of showing what the room is really like. I found it spacious and comfortable.

This is a nice hotel right next to Tribeca that's luxurious and modern without being too over the top. It's one of my favorites in NYC for weekend stays because the area is quiet and the rates are relatively cheap when Wall St. isn't trading.

There are resturaunts, a Target, and a whole foods within walking distance. There's a nice park overlooking the Hudson, a nearby shopping mall, and public transit, (PATH, A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 5, N, R, W) while they are not super close, they are within a half mile walk at Chambers St., Cortlandt St., and World Trade Center stations.

It's a nice relaxing hideout with easy access to the hustle and bustle of the city.

There are a lot of small problems with the hotel which, when added to the less than ideal location, make it poor for tourists. If you have to be in financial district for work, which most of the people there are, then it's a decent place to stay. Unless you are handicapped, because all the ADA rooms are at the far end of every floor! Rooftop bar is underwhelming with bad food ($15 potato chips, $18 ham slices, same you'd get from the grocery). Rooms are noisy

I loved it!! It was a great experience I've never been to that part of the city before. What a pleasant surprise. The hotel was definitely 5 star. The only thing was I felt that the Gym was a little small but, very nice and food was accessible every where but not late at night past 12am. Room service is available but, a bit pricey. - Robert Mallory

Stayed for the first time at the Conrad this weekend. The room and views were amazing, we also really enjoyed drinks and scenery on the Loopy Doopy rooftop bar. Very impressed by the entire establishment, would highly recommend staying at the Conrad or even just a walk through to see the design and views it has to offer.

I was thinking of maybe staying in a bigger hotel when visiting NYC, but after reading the reviews I decided to stay here. I am thankful for those reviews because this hotel is well worth it. Every room has been remodeled into a suite, and from the moment you walk into the lobby, you'll thank yourself. Great breakfast, nice rooftop bar with a view of the statue of liberty.

Wow, were do I begin with this hotel? Without exaggeration, this is in the Top 3 hotels I have ever stayed in. Every part of my experience from check in to check out was perfect. The rooms (suites, technically) are tremendous, elegantly furnished, and impeccably maintained. As I was walking to my room after checking in I walked past a member of the housekeeping staff. In most hotels they may just say hello as you pass by, but here I was greeted with a warm smile and she followed me to my room bringing along a bag of ice, bottles of water, and extra towels - what great hospitality!

The suite was comfortable and quiet. I went the entire night without hearing a single noise from the hallway and very little street noise.

My only gripe was with breakfast in the restaurant. The food just was rather average and my waitress was inattentive and somewhat rude.
