This is really a nice place to stay. Close to the 9/11 Memorial, all the nice things in Tribeca and walking distance to the Mysterious Book Store! Subway is not far and the staff is really helpful and friendly. Best option in the area.

Fantastic experience. Staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. When they were unable to accommodate one of our requests, they sent up a bottle of champagne and hand written letter. Thanks Joseph! Will stay again.

The food was great and the service was beyond what we were expecting. The bell boy was super nice and told us of a few near by restaurants that were really good. We had a special request for my wife's birthday and these guys pulled it off without a hitch.

Extremely pricey hotel at almost $700 CAD a night for a deluxe 2 bed suite. But you get exactly what you pay for. Arrived a bit earlier than check in around 11:30am, check in was extremely easy. They did not have my room ready yet so she offered the next available suite which I happily obliged. Said it would be ready within an hour or so. Was able to leave my bags with them in a secure location as we went out for lunch in the meantime. Went around the corner to shake shack and about 45 mins after leaving got a text message saying our room was ready and to pick up keys at the front desk. Got our bags and keys, headed up. The room was magnificent couldn't have been more happy with my choice.

I am incredibly impressed by this hotel.

I am incredibly impressed by this hotel.

The pros are almost too many to count. For starters, it's a beautiful hotel in a magnificent location. Brookfield Place is literally across the street, so talk about a shopping opportunity.

The hotel lobby is stunning, and they have beautiful light fixtures set up in the atrium to give a relaxed but posh vibe at night.

The rooms are gorgeous. There's a living room with desk, bathroom area, and bedroom in the suite. Gorgeous upgrades, and I love the rain shower. They even give luxurious robes.

And the service! Everyone I've spoken with has been incredibly courteous and polite, eager to help out as much as they can.

The cons: really just one -- the overcharging. $55 for a tiny bottle of Grey Goose I can get at the store for $15. The lengths to which they go to overcharge you are almost comical at times, but the pros outweigh this (very annoying) con. I guess it's to be expected in a place like Manhattan.

I will say I do not like their minibar policies at all. If you so much as pull something out of the minibar, you're charged for it. If you store anything of your own in the minibar fridge, you're charged $25. I realize they do this to counter theft/replacing things, but I just think that's ridiculous. What if you want to pull something out to look at it and decide not to get it? You're charged. It's just a little tacky, and I expected better of a place like this.

All said, however, I loved my stay. The cons are minor in the scheme of things, but watch out for that minibar. A surprise $65 charge might sour the experience. Best not to even open it.

The Conrad New York was the perfect spot for my whirlwind 18h trip! Luxury level service, sleek and comfortable rooms with fabulous showers. This hotel is located in Tribeca adjacent to the Hudson River, providing my family quick access to a lovely view of the Statue of Liberty from Battery Park. Great shopping and dining nearby - and within the hotel.

I've never stayed at the hotel, but sometimes I have breakfast meetings at the lobby restaurant, Atrio. The breakfast is expensive, but the food, service, and ambiance are excellent and there are always tables available.

I attended a Conference here. The facility and amenities are very nice. The food is some of the best food I've ever had at a conference. The hotel is clean and modern and visually appealing as well as extremely easy to get to from public transport. There is tons to do In the area as well. Only a few things that were negatives. For starters the restrooms are small for the size of the Conferences they can accommodate. There was always a line for the men's room. Additionally, when lunch is served and seating is in the northeast gallery, there's not enough room for enough tables. I'm sure with creative maneuvering of tables etc this could be fixed, but this problem happens every year.

It was a fantastic and amazing staying at Conrad New York Downtown. We have visited to celebrate our anniversary every year even though we are in the pandemic crisis. With 6 mo baby everything was great. Christmas tree with gifts for my daughter!! We didn't expect at all. They also offered a free set of mask and sanitizer during staying. There was a new water dispenser(purified) in the room. Tou don't have to bring a bottle of water to drink!! We requested a late checkout and they also offered it till 6pm!!
Still best hotel in Manhattan, NY!! Thank you all staff Min and Doris!!
Plus, best cleaned Gym is here.

Our room was very nice. The bed was the best. We had a 1 bedroom suite. My son had no complaints about the sofa bed, it had an air mattress. The decor was simple and modern. The only staff we had a conversation with was at check-in, with John, and he was very nice.

Definitely a luxury hotel catering to the rich and famous. The food and drink were superb. The wait staff is anxious to please and will jump to meet your every need. However, there wasn't a trash can in sight and I felt a bit uncomfortable not policing my own trash.

The Internet was frequently down (with speeds reduced to ~10 kbps). The loud beeping sound in the lifts, played on every floor you pass, drove me crazy. The technician was clearly unknowledgeable, but did his job of finding a button on the back of a TV I couldn't find. Other than that - OK.

By far the best hotel in lower Manhattan. The staff is wonderful. Very attentive and will actually show you something than just tell you. The rooms are well thought out and so detailed to cater to so many things you would want from a high end boutique hotel.

A++ service. The property is beautiful. The people are overtly really nice and extend excellent customer service skills. The location is perfect (also right next to a movie theater and a Shake Shack, across from a Starbucks Reserve and surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants) You can walk a short block up to the waterfront. The room was perfect (suite). It was super clean and had high-end amenities. We stayed in Times Square for a partnof the trip and wish we'd stayed here for the entire duration. It isn't overwhelming, but has just enough hustle and bustle. *Don't forget to tip service providers* Safe travels.

Excellent for business travelers, spacious, modern, and comfortable rooms. Love the technology amenities such as touchpanel lighting control, screen casting to the two large-screen TVs, and very fast WiFi. Service and staff are top notch. My only negative is the shower takes at least 10min to warm up.

Nice hotel in the Tribeca neighborhood right across One Word Trade Center. Just few meters from the Hudson. Get a great view of the Hudson. From the rooftop bar(Loopy Doopy), you could also get a view of the statue of liberty. It's close to several subway trains, the PATH train to NJ and the ferry.

Situated in the quiet parks of Manhattan, with class an elegance. Rooms face the water or the other buildings, and more business guests, it is a getaway in the city. Unfortunately, it is not perfect as there are several malfunctions on technology and the like.

The hotel was nice, in the beginning of my stay i loved it.. however i stayed here in April and i had a terrible experience. Upon my departure i left a pair of great shoes, i forgot to pick them up walking out the door.. i contacted the hotel and they acted as if they were very sorry. And got to talking about how the housekeeper would never take from the hotel, they believe in her.. that s all fine, but someone has my shoes. They were a very nice pair of Yves Saint Laurent s. I have pictures showing I had them on in there hotel.. But the Conrad hotel had some company call me saying they are denying the claim, due to the NY inns keeper statue that protects the housekeepers.. meaning that they were already bias towards the housekeepers.. what s the point in paying all this money to stay in a high end hotel, if you can t trust the people around you.. If i wanted to stay somewhere where me or my belongings were not safe i could stay anywhere.. they had. No concern or care, my feelings were and is very hurt.. i love those shoes and i spent my hard earned money on them.. yes it s my responsibility to not forget my items, however this Hotel should have done better. And yes i do believe someone at that hotel has my shoes but it s me against them.. never will they ever get my money again, and I m going to continue to fight for my shoes from this house hotel.
