Great

Oh my goodness.

Oh my goodness.
For anyone that goes into this hotel, please take a moment for a slow inhale upon entering. That scent is so stunning & refreshing. Refreshing like the stay I had at Conrad.
This is by far one of my favorite hotels, lovely staff, rooms are filled with mini amenities that make you feel in good hands.
It is great place for tourists as well, that are looking to get away from Midtown. Will definitely stay here again, would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Amazing location, Pet Friendly, Largest hotel room I have ever had in NYC!

I love the location of the Conrad hotel, easy walk to Soho and Tribeca, your off the busy touristy parts of the city and you can walk your dog along the water. The Conrad is an all suite hotel which means you are guaranteed a gorgeous room. You have a living room, huge shower and bedroom with Asian inspired door to create privacy. The bed is comfy and best of all the are a pet friendly hotel.

Positives the room is stunning and worth the money. Needs work; the breakfast is a tricky one. I had stayed here two years ago and wanted to stay here again because of the amazing breakfast they offered. Most hotels in NYC have very limited breakfast for the members benefits making those who hold status not feel appreciated by NYC hotels.

This past weekend when I stayed I was beyond disappointed by the breakfast options. The service was less then to be desired, one waiter skimmed my husbands face with his breakfast when he put it in front of him. They offer French Press coffee on the menu and it was amazing last visit, well they no longer offer it because they got ride of the machine, yet still offered it on the menu.... Our waiter never asked us how anything was or if we needed more coffee. I understand it was busy but that doesn't mean service should be horrible.

Another shocker to me was that people were waiting over 20 minute for a seat at the hotel breakfast? I have never seen that before, traveling all over the world I have never seen a hotel have guest put there name in and wait around the lobby. I was not impressed by this and it frustrated me that staying in a nice hotel I would have to put my name in for breakfast and wait, made me question if I should have called down the second I got up and put my name in.

I would like to stay here again when I return to NYC because of the location and amazing rooms but if breakfast is not included in your hotel rate I highly recommend you don't eat here and pay the extra, there are so many amazing options in NYC why waste your time and money.

One highlight is the Loopy Doopdy which is a roof top bar. They offer these prosseco popsicle drinks which are amazing, and got well with the gorgeous view of the Hudson. The drinks are pricey at 25$ a pop, but well worth a visit to enjoy the atmosphere and view!

Remarkable lobby and building in a convenient location. Priced to match. Impeccable rooms and amenities with very comfortable living space and mattresses. Friendly housekeeping and bell staff. Would highly recommend.

What a great stay at this hotel for a recent wedding in NYC! On the lower west side, it faces the Irish hunger memorial and the Jersey skyline. Away from the hustle and bustle of normal city congestion. The rooms were so spacious at a reasonable price for Manhattan. Each and every staff member was so professional and accommodating, from the concierge to the housekeeping turn down service to the doormen who helped with luggage and valet. A special thanks to Morris who was working both when we arrived and when we departed the following day. Such a pleasant experience on the way in and out!!!

Great artistic decor. Cool location but felt a littke isolated. And rooms that don't have river view look directly into close high rise ofc bldg. Room was great. Rainfall shower plus NESPRESSO! And The BEST robe I ever had at a hotel. Disappointingly small top floor bar area but great statue of liberty views. A neat hotel.

Great rooms and conference rooms. Nespresso coffee in room is good, but there's very little cream/sugar in room so be prepared to ask for more - repeatedly. Shower is a huge rain head and its PHENOMENAL. Stayed on 4th floor so street noise and barking dogs at 5am were annoying. Turn down service was nice, but inconsistent from one day to the next. Staff everywhere was pleasant and interested in your comfort and experience. Atrio restaurant food was quite good but service at the time you're needing the check is terrible. Ate there 3 times during my business stay and each time had to flag someone to get a bill. Great location if wanting to visit NY sites.

Terrific service, gorgeous property right in the heart of Battery Park district with so much to do all around the hotel and in very short walking distance. Rooms are well appointed in a cozy modern style and very clean.

The hotel itself is really nice. If you are visiting Manhattan for vacation, I recommend staying further north, as you will be closer to more activities. The Conrad was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

This was our first stay. We booked a free weekend night as a Hilton Honors member. We were impressed from arrival through departure. The location was perfect and quiet, yet a block away from WTC.

The bellman greeted us at our car out front and took our bags for us, even after we insisted we could do it ourselves. The stairway to the lobby is beautiful and perfect for Instagram. The lobby is a tall atrium with a huge modern art piece hanging like a chandelier.

The front desk was so kind and professional. She thanked me for being a member. I asked for an upgrade and she said I ll check. It s so difficult being a holiday weekend. But sure enough, she offered us an executive corner suite, 750 square feet opposed to the 400 sq ft we booked.

Entering the room was wonderful. The room was already lit, not too bright not too dim. We were so impressed with the layout, the furnishings, the lighting, the modern art pieces, and the huge size for being in NYC. The bellman brought our bags.

Shortly after we requested ice delivery and a personal fridge which they were happy to provide. Calling down to the service desk I was greeted professionally and kindly. Every staff member was happy to serve and wanted to ensure a luxurious experience.

We loved the room so much that we decided to NOT go out to a restaurant or to explore the city. (Granted, we lived there in NYC for four years so are over the tourist thing.) Instead, we made espresso martinis using our personal bar kit and liquor we brought with us, but utilizing the Nespresso machine that was in the room. Delicious. We actually purchased our own Nespresso machine today because we loved it so much. We ordered food from an Italian restaurant Tre Sorrelle down the block, threw on the bathrobes from the closet, and enjoyed the night feeling like kings.

The next morning, we hopped out of the comfortable King bed and went down to the Atrio restaurant in the lobby for our complimentary breakfast buffet. It was amazing and felt gourmet. Very impressed. After being approved for a late checkout as a member, we checked out. The bellman kept our bags for a few hours as we went to see the WTC memorial and Freedom tower.

All in all, I highly recommend this hotel and it was a perfect use for my free night certificate without touching my Hilton points.

The lobby is a great place to have drinks and people watch. Service is a little slow, but courteous. Don't expect to pop in for a drink and be out in 15 min. This is an experience you should take the time to soak in.

Located in the south-west area of Manhattan (Tribeca neighborhood) it has 4 stars, clean, modern, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, great shower
We had an extra bed for the child in a separate, large and comfortable living room
The cool bath products
Quality batita and slippers
On the roof there was a trendy bar, frequented by people of about 30 years and older with a great atmosphere and impressive views
The reasonable price considering what it offers and the location

The Conrad New York is an amazing hotel to stay if you want to be in the New York area! It is clean, staff are super helpful, rooms are big, spacious and very well stocked. For some it may be a little pricey, but you pay for what you get! There are a few restaurants on the ground level, so you do not have to leave the hotel at all. There is also a super cool roof top (w/popsicle dipped inside of wine - very refreshing). So if you plan to stay here, make sure to check it out. Drinks only, no foo! If you are hungry take a walk outside, there is plenty to eat. The Conrad New York is walking distance from The Westfield Mall, The World Trade Center, Shake Shack, The Regal Movie Theatre. Shopping. It is about a 5 minute walk to the Hudson River Park where you can visit the various piers which are usually packed with activities in the Summer months. This area is clean, safe & friendly, lots of things to do and explore, just a few feet away.

What an experience this was! This was our first time staying at the Conrad and we loved every bit of it. Location was perfect and away from the touristy crowd. We had quite the view from walking to our room and elevator and from our room as well. We were right across from the mall, Brookfield Place. Brookfield place has more high end shops. Anyway, walking in the hotel I felt like I was in winter wonderland. The decorations we're absolutely stunning! All the staff was exceptionally friendly! Suite was clean and a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be, but we actually used all that space! The bathroom and shower had a European feel to it. My favorite part of the suite was the shower. How can you go wrong with a rain shower? The bathroom necessities we're very nice. It had a Mandarin scent to it. Bathrobe was so soft and warm. Another neat thing about the suite was the Nespresso machine! I definitely used that as much as I could. I'd definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to everyone!

I forgot, you are also in walking distance of the one world trade center! It was breath taking!

Rooms are nice. There was weirdly a mini fridge on our endurable that looked like it was bought at Walmart. Beyond that though, nice. If you have a fear of heights, ask for a room on a lower floor.
