Hands down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Their diamond member perks were great, faster wifi, free continental breakfast and a spa package (lotions). We were upgraded to a room with a view of the river on the 14th floor...the rooms were spectacular and offered plenty of space. The shower/bathroom was super nice and had great water pressure! The staff was also very polite and helpful. One of the best experiences I've had!

We stayed for 7 nights, we picked it because we wanted somewhere that was not close to the nightly noise of times square, but was within a couple subway stops or a short uber ride.

The location is great, depending on the room you pick you can get a wonderful view of the Hudson River.

The foyer is the centerpiece of the hotel with grand decorations that span the whole height of the hotel.

The staff are kind and have a wonderful attention to detail.

The world trade center is about 1 block away, which also means you are close to westfields and all the amneties provided there.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the restaurant food is good, if a little expensive.

All in all its a place I would recommend as a base for all your new york adventures.

Man, this hire was amazing. My friend got us a reservation here for the weekend to celebrate our birthday (we came from colorado) and man, it was more than i expected. The room was spacious. It had a small resting area with a couple of couches, a tv, and a fridge. They have rain showers which are amazinf, definitely make you real the room area also had a tv and the bed was very clean and comfortable. There's a Reagal Theater right inside of the hotel, ehich was great bc we went in Jan and it was so cold that we were glad we didn't have to leave in the afternoon. The service is good as well, all receptionist were very nice and informational. The roof bar was closed when we,went but they have another restaurant /bar in the lobby area. They have an amazing view, and i mean my overall experience was great. I recommending this hotel

Beautiful hotel and is pet friendly. All the rooms are brand new and spacious. I don't like that the bathrooms have glass doors and no locks, There is no soundproofing because of this. Also the toilet is in a different room than the sink

Attended a medium sized conference there. The place looked great. Food was good. Very spaceous. One issue was a bathroom that had a broken urinal. Generally not acceptable when there is an event going on. Maintenance should have been on top of their game with that. Built a decent sized line because of it.

Very pleasant hotel. Flawless service. Good location. Bus stops, ferry and subway is within easy reach. Century 21 and city hall is nearby. There is a shake shack in the same building which is open till 23. No bathtub in rooms but there is a nice rain shower. Complimentary coffee cartridges are offered for the coffee machine in the room. Makes very good coffee. This was probably our favourite small touch.

Can not review the price, as I stayed on points. The rooms are great. The location isn't ideal. They have a huge bathroom, but no bathtub. They let you choose your amenity kit, which was kind of cool.

Amazing shower pressure, great rates off-season and a killer breakfast buffet for Hilton Diamond members. Walking distance to most of historic New York attractions and very nice location for waterfront runs.

I have stayed at the Conrad NY twice in 2013, one of which with my children. I was there both times as a tourist. Both stays exceeded expectations. The service was five star. Kudos to the hard work of all the staff we came into contact with. The rooms are large, which means HUGE by NYC standards. I enjoyed the location too. The modern feel was unique. I loved the shower, not typical for a hotel. Keep up the great work Conrad. Highly recommend.

We had a really pleasant stay here last weekend. The room is spacious, the shower is great, and the bathrobe is so soft and comfortable! As a diamond member, we get invited to the restaurant on lobby level to enjoy wine and cheese in the afternoon. The breakfast is top-notched in NYC. The overall service is awesome.

Incredible hotel a huge lobby like New York. A very large bedroom with living room and separate bedroom. Impeccable room service and if you return to your room during the day to come out in the evening, your bed will be made again and your room tidy in the meantime.
Located 1 block from the World Trade Center, various restaurants around the hotel.
Metro station 10 min walk, bus in front. For VTC-style taxis, count $ 20 (including tip) to go to Times Square.
