Nice hotel but dont get con by the massage services online

Love it here! Complete amenities from different themed restaurants to stores and the best are their lazy boy couches in their cinema!!

We ate at Texas Roadhouse at S Maison. Disregarding the loud music during their crew's performance, our overall experience is excellent.

Went here for a conference. Loved the facilities and attentiveness of the staff. The mall also has good food options.

If you can afford it, dine at a Conrad restaurant and enjoy the sunset over Manila Bay. Great view. The buffet served in the brasserie was generous, but the moist chocolate cake was rather dry. Diners may chance into a few more dislikes, but there are plenty to choose from.

The room is clean, the staff is friendly, the view is just a jumbo, the breakfast seems to have a good luck ... There seems to be a lot of food,

Great location, as it is near the biggest mall in the Philippines with easy access to restaurants, the mall, and even an amusement park. The staff are very considerate, courteous and friendly. The room layout was excellent. We had a great view! My family and I will definitely come back.

Great but incredible expensive compared to almost everything else in Manila

The location is very good near the airport.
The breakfast buffet is large in number and tastes great. It was the best breakfast in the Philippines.

It's nice because it is new. Very limited shops. There is a path that connects moa to this place.

Its really nice to stay here. Its worth what I paid. Staffs are accomodating, helpful and always smiling. Definitely I will go back and will stay here again.

Truly a 5 star hotel. Big, clean, and comfortable rooms and beds. All staff are accommodating and friendly. Nice pool area, but the water was cold during our stay. Our room had a nice view of Manila Bay sunset. Food, a good selection of food items. I recommend eating at China Blue, but the price is a bit expensive. I recommend staying at Conrad Hotel.

Reception failed to do as their manual, which I had to tell them he will be needing my credit card :( Ok.... room was clean, sea view was nice..... breakfast was awful.... seriously they need a proper trainings to the service staffs since they are acting like a motel staff. I ordered fried rice, the guy asked me to come back after 5mins, went back.... asked me for another 10mins since he just give all away to random people.... another 5, another 10..... fxxk this, its good that i didnt run over him and start yelling. I will just not eat it after wasting my 35mins of waiting... fine!!!!!!

Poor Service. They blocked our tita and tito keys even if it's not 12 o'clock already. It's 10:30am when the keys are not wotking.And then my tita asked if how many person allowed in the pool ? They said 2 persons only. Why she have to pay for amenities of costing 750 ? when 2 persons are only allowed ? They paid for 10k something for 1 night and they received poor customer service,poor house keeping because the room it's too dirty. Try to check all the bed lining and check it out for you guys to know. Plus poor communication. They are guest you don't have the right to treat them that. They travelled a lot and this is the first time they experience this. We don't care about your policies yeah your hotel is nice but only in the picture ! But inside naahhhh your room is sucks. Your pool is too small for all of your guests. Your customer service is poor also.You owe us a lot we check in and pay you right and we don't enjoy.Your drinks also are too expensive for one bottle of beer i pay 4$?how come?And your food is expensive too!For one burger I pay 14$?You see? I will never ever go back to your poor hotel

I prefer other big casino hotels around instead.... we all goto these hotels to rest, not tog get stressed by uneducated retards.

One of the best hotels, near one of the known shopping malls

Was upgraded to a suite but did not live up to our expectations, there are several ants in each corner of the room. Plus aircon is already on its lowest temperature but still very hot.

I stayed at the Conrad Manila hotel for the mandatory 6 day quarantine after arriving in Manila. The accommodations were very nice and the food was great. The beef hamburger was honestly outstanding and I ate many of them. The staff was very polite and responsive. Thanks!

The shops are well stocked and the people are very friendly

On arrival my luggage was xray'd and they confiscated a small pocket knife. (My self defense tool). They wanted my little USB powered fan as well. Each time I left the hotel they frisked me when I returned like im a common criminal returning to prison after a weekend pass. They told me I could not bring a 10 pack of beer to my room with no justification. They charge you for "free" things after the fact ($6 for a 12 oz mineral water at breakfast) I will never return.

USb charger not working. They provided an extension cord but no usb outlet. The handle from the inside of toilet area is missing. I hope you can improve. live up to being 5 star hotel.

Was overall a good experience. It was well kept, had very helpful staff, and was generally a pleasant stay. Although the rooms were quite nice, they seemed a bit underwhelming compared to other hotels I've experienced in the same price range. Would still recommend a stay here; relatively convenient location, decent view, and very helpful staff

Went there with some friends to have a drink at their bar and loved the sleek contemporary open design with a beautiful view of the Manila bay. As the higher end of the Hilton group of hotels, it is a bit pricey but I would love to stay there in the future

Got disappointed because they didn't accept walk ins for breakfast. We ate here before with no problem. But today we were not able to have breakfast. We were suppose to celebrate my sister's birthday.
