I had a good experience at Conicelli Honda getting my car serviced today on Monday, March 16. The only suggestion I would give is to proactively give your customers a heads up of major changes like a change in the Service Department location. The response was, "Well, there were big signs everywhere". Had I been the customer service representative, I would have probably responded, "We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. We will be sure to take your feedback into consideration for the future." Other than that, it was good.
