Service after the sale is mediocre at best in my opinion. It may be fairly decent during the car buying experience, however, don t have the same expectations after. I purchased my vehicle a few years ago here. I paid my car off early, received correspondence from the finance company that I should contact the dealership (Conicelli Honda) to inquire about refunds of unearned Credit Life insurance and Health and/or a Guaranteed Asset Protection coverage at the time of the vehicle payoff. I called several times and was directed to speak with the finance managers. I left messages for Doug and when he unresponsive the receptionist suggested I speak with another finance manager whom is typically more responsive ( I forget her name), but she never returned my calls either. That s completely unprofessional.

Obviously , the finance managers could care less about returning my call as it was of no financial gain to them just overall poor customer service and I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership again.
