Purchased my Honda Pilot here in September. Initial experience was so-so - had to ask for someone to help me and ending up dealing with two sales folks. The second one acted like it was a privilege to even speak with him.

When I took my car in for service to fix issues found while signing the papers, my original sales associate didn't even vaguely remember me. They started debating whether they actually needed to fix it too. Luckily, everything was documented and I was able to prove it with the documents.

Gave them another chance the past weekend when my friend was car shopping. Even worse customer service. Was basically told where the inventory number and to record the one we wanted. If we wanted help we needed to go inside to ask the front desk to page a sales associate and give them the inventory number.
