Titanic from Belek I left with great disappointment. Expectations of my was very much gold, covit measures had not been taken sufficiently even at the door did not even meet. We came to the concorde hotel with my mother, we had a lot of fun, the food was very nice, the rooms were very nice and very clean, all the staff were very friendly, we would definitely come again, the activities of the animation team were very fun.

Nice for holidays stay .got swiming pool very good entertainments pool tenis water slides hour were 10.00am ttil 12.30pm and 2.30pm till 4.00pm same timingfor the jacozi.everything was good .bar and about room just AC was very bad .keep asking them to fix it bit they say its centeral AC setup soo realy can't do anything about it .house keeping was good and dont forget to keep lot of change for tips because you gonna see tip boxes everywhere lol

Nice holiday in a great area. Versatile the buffet. Staff very friendly and attentive. We will be back.

Dirty towels, when you asked for new ones you suddenly stood in front of the door with toilet paper. The next day no towels at all.
Total hatred of Germans. Pure Russian hotel. Even the info speaks Russian, but the English is lousy. The customer advisor keeps talking herself out and wants to get rid of you with a voucher for a restaurant. A totally disgusting and frayed cat ran around there all the time.
If you use the spa and treat yourself to a massage, you are not allowed to relax for 2 minutes, they immediately try to sell you something. If you then book an appointment and want to cancel it, it is only possible if the manager is there. Again for customer service, suddenly it worked ...
Photographer does not delete pictures and wants money for the digital pictures that have been paid for in print.
Better to stay away from this hotel.

It was the worst holiday. A 5 star deluxe hotel. Unfortunately this hotel did not deserve 3 stars. The whole hotel is dilapidated. Beds worn shower faucets water comes from where it should not. Mold in the shower.

Coming to check in at night and the welcoming was horrible. No explanation about the times of the buffet. Also you have to look for your own room when you first arrive. Majority of staff are not english speaking, so you will get replies in turkish or russian. The room air conditioning doesn't work properly. You have housekeeping coming for tips which is frustrating. Had a fridge not working, told them about it and it took 4 days to fix the problem. Totally pathetic. Don't know how they get awards for being good, comparing to the experience I had. Should try the new modern hotel that's near to this.

There is a lot of fun to go on holiday and the chance to benefit from all kinds of activities.

We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of March. The room is clean, there is no ventilation of the toilet, there is glass between the room and the toilet. Strange. Indoor pool small. Meals are usually good, sometimes great. I would recommend the Italian restaurant. A problem in this season is that there is a lot of noise due to garden pruning and hotel repairs. The bigger problem is the customer profile. The hotel management is ineffective against the people or groups who are annoying, insensitive to their surroundings and disturbing their surroundings with their speech and behavior. we have just arrived back from our first stay at the concorde de luxe resort 9th-16th march, the hotel is amazing, staff welcoming, friendly a special mention for lena (entertainment) a lovely lady & to ensar the best barman in the vista lobby bar you both work so hard but make it look easy & always with a smile on your faces :) sheets/towels changed daily also mini bar & tea/coffee/water topped up daily. the grounds are so clean & lush green, the resident cats are so friendly/healthy & really do look so content! a lovely sandy beach which was being prepared ready for a hopefully busy summer. the food was plentiful & always presented well, something for everyone, out side bbq in afternoons was nice the smell wd take you away from your sunbeds & tide you over til the eve. we could not fault this hotel it has everything you need or want: hairdresser-spa-indoor heated pool-bowling-coffee lounge-disco-24hr vista bar with eve entertainment we found this area lovely friendly, relaxing, fun time. small little shops dotted around, lifts to all floors also pool area adults only separate child area well thought out. we want to return in sept/oct this was our 4th visit to turkey & this hotel was our best stay so far

Room is good and spacious, swimming pool is good, however there are many drawbacks such as:
- Location is far from City Centre and good shopping Malls
- WiFi signal is very weak
- Unlike other 5 stars hotels, No iron in the rooms so you have to pay for ironing
- Staff English language is supposed to be good, but it s hard to communicate with most of them
- AC is switched off all the time in the lobby and corridors
- Some of the service staff will indirectly ask for tips, - For those who are looking for Hotels with beach facility, this will not be the right choice, as Antalya beaches in general are not good for swimming (unclear, turbid)

Well. All inclusive with choice the hotel is clean. The service very good. Right above the SPA. The free side with children is not very big. And the water in the indoor pool is very cold. We chose this hotel in February for its indoor pool. Me personally I did not manage to return there. Fortunately I compensate with the Turkish bath and the sauna.

stayed here 19-26th April, first opinions were very good rooms clean and very well kept hotel, first few days were very windy 20+mph the balcony door in our room was whistling very loud which kept us up most of the night, we eventually left the door open although there was roadwork's outside meaning sleep was still difficult, when we arrived the hotel was operating in winter season meaning the rooms AC was set to a fixed temperature which was annoying as it was blowing warm air even though it was 20+ degrees!

on the following Monday the hotel switched to summer season which made everything much more lively around the pool which was great! although the AC still did not blow cold in the room and with temps reaching 25 degrees it was slightly unpleasant I did mention this to the reception but they assured me it would work later that day which it didn't,

Although the rest of the hotel was lovely all the staff were very friendly! the food was lovely and had a great variety to choose from!

Entertainment was great most evenings with live music and shows throughout the stay.

I personally love cats and there are lots at the hotel especially at lunch time around the cat house, all very clean and well looked after.

beach was lovely and sea was warmer than the pools which were very cold but they did warm up later in the week.

kamil from the entertainment team was especially funny so we liked him.

I highly recommend this hotel and will be visiting again soon just hopefully they have sorted the few little niggles and finished all the refurbishments going on around the resort to make it more comfortable and relaxing.

We did not have the requested room and bathroom was small in animals is resolved the day after good food is ne topper except the incident the people of tui have solved this perfectly

Hotel like, have been many times. Good food, tasty, no lines. Chebureks are cooked here, which is not typical for Turkey. Green, well-groomed area. Liked the two-story rooms. Each floor has a toilet and shower. This hotel has no frills, everything in moderation. The staff is responsive and inconspicuous.

I went for a dinner meeting, but I can't understand how a hotel puts the hotel wine. The theme of the hotel is nice to get 5 stars to wear there as well. The most inexpensive wine on the subway shelves offered wine there. I think it's being offered to all-inclusive customers ...

Super great employee. Even the best staff, what we have experienced so far, beautiful beach, really tasty food. Clean. Turks is the best. Room cleaning perfect. Nice view from balcony. Emfelen's worth. Outlaw equipment older, carpet floor in the room. Still nice. The only mistake is that there are not enough parasols on the jetty.

Yasin at Guest services took good care of us. Modern hotel with good food.
But...the pool was NOT heated when we were there in May. So it was unusually empty all the time.

Quiet, comfortable beach hotel with beautiful gardens.

This hotel is the first to show the English citizens. Although you are a Turkish citizen and live abroad, the difference in grocery is taken in the reservation you make. Please search before booking!

Have been here twice. I can not think of a single thing they could improve. Both times I was there were the best holidays I've ever been on.

Would recommend this to anyone! Whether you go alone, as a couple, with family and/or with kids; there's something for everyone.
