The attention of the staff should be smiling and the attention to be shown, especially the approach of Dilber lady at the reception is great.

do not stay good with the fun (for any age).
the rooms are old.
cleanness is note 10.
serve note 4.
bartenders and waiters do not know lb. English (90%).
the food is 7, have some special and fresh fruits.
I only tried the main restaurant.
beach fff clean.
swimming pool fff clean.
have a fantastic garden and ffff well cared for.
they do not have parking lots too, if you get to the car.

The resort offered retreat for relaxation. Everyone in the staff was just simply amazing! The reception were extremely professional and kind. The people who worked in the restaurants were also amazing. Food was available everywhere and although I stayed for two days only I saw a great deal of variety in the food options. The location is beautiful with access to the beach. It's very close to some shopping centres if you're interested in leaving the resort, but for me I had a nice stay inside the resort.
The quality of the residents was also amazing. I loved my experience in the Concorde and I would reccomend it.
However if you're looking for a vibrant night life this resort is not for you. If you're looking to enjoy the beach and swim and relax then this is what you need.

The hotel is new, in a modern style. Friendly staff, excellent cuisine, a rich selection of dishes and sweets for every taste, located on the front page from the sea.

A very nice and comfortable hotel, especially the staff are very experienced in their work, they do their best to make you comfortable. I would recommend going to stay for a summer holiday. I'm pleased.

Very nice resort. Proper drinks, nice staff and good facilities.

1. Our room wasn't ready when we checked in
2. Have they given us a room that is already occupied
3. Whole hotel is very dark lights are not turned on
4. Is there no steam bath (only for a fee, although all inclusive and 5 star hotel)
5.Sauna very, very small fit 5-6 people
6. At the beach only a small coffee machine (self-service) no drinks
7. Indoor pool just too cold and again no drink is offered, there is only a refrigerator with only water
8. Only pensioners in the hotel
I don't know where the 5 stars come from for over 100 euros per night, this hotel is absolutely shitty.

The sea and the pool are very good. Thanks to the receptionists for their interest, they wanted to do the best of everything because we are a honeymoon couple.

The staff and management are excellent. The service is great. Everyone is smiling and the facility is very nice. The food is delicious and varied.
Stuff are friendly and helpfull. Foods are delicious. Various Facilities and good seaside location.

Friendly staff good slides there is also a ENTERTAIMENT team many games in the water A disco for children from 20:45 and then a show there is ice cream and a lot of delicious food. There is also night food. From 23.00 clock there is a loud disco until midnight good room cleaning ladies make beautiful figures 5 stars.

A large group of people. For that reason I suppose the service and dishes were poor. We came to listen to the head in winter.

Room seemed a bit old and I got the feeling that it'd been used by a lot of people before. The rest was fine.

Television broadcast sucks reception interests squirt

We had a junior suite and thought for a long time whether we should dare to travel to Antalya due to Corona. After some research we came across this hotel. The hotel has the "safe tourism" certificate which was extremely important to us. This certificate is awarded to hotels that take appropriate corona measures. When you arrive at the hotel, all employees have masks and gloves on. A fever is measured and thermal cameras at the entrance try to reduce the corona risk.

At the hotel:
The room was beautiful with a living room, a double bed, 2 TVs, and 2 bathrooms each with walk-in showers. Accordingly, there are equipment that range from razors to hair conditioners. It is cleaned at least once a day and more often if necessary.

Restaurant: All food in the restaurant is protected and is only served by employees behind glass walls. Here, too, the risk of infection was reduced to a minimum. We found it even nicer than serving yourself at the buffet.

Conclusion: There are disinfectants, masks and everything is cleaned several times a day in the entire hotel. The whole areas such as towel issue, drinks and food are regulated in such a way that there are almost never long lines or large crowds. On the whole we felt safe and didn't even have the feeling that we were in danger of getting infected. We do not regret coming to Antalya despite Corona and will definitely visit this hotel again!

Great resort for family holiday. The meal plan is all inclusive and they have several activities to enjoy while staying there. Very close to the beach, very clean and friendly staff.

The ultimate "all inclusive" resort around with staggeringly rich menus, cocktails, soft and alcoholic beverages, pools, gardens, beach, animations and all and much more than you would expect. Chapeau bas!

Hotel Lara also started the concept design. I think the best hotel in Turkey visually. I stayed at the hotel the first year it opened, years later I preferred it in a space through Setur. The hotel is currently innovating for the summer. The comfort and elegance of the rooms will be better for the summer. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was really varied, even though it was winter. It is successful in terms of taste. I can say that the service team is much more interested than the hotels that try to offer a 7 star concept and give a lot of money. Although the hotel is a winter month, the animation team is active and very nice events are held. The resort is a place that I would definitely prefer for summer vacation. I would definitely recommend. The interest of the hotel staff was one of the most important issues that pleased me. Thank you...

Very nice facility. Food is also delicious. Room service is also top. Only as a family it is a bit boring .. little animations for children. Only in the evening kids disco. Which I think is a pity. As a couple you are in good hands here. Otherwise it is very nice

I stayed 4 days is not an ultra luxury hotel. Mini bar almost none. In the bathroom fiasco, the bathroom also does personal care products that will meet all your needs. The indoor pool was joke as the kids pool was small. Most importantly if you are not a foreign tourist you'll see second-class treats across the hotel, not the resturant as well. Very nice sea

I spent 10 days in this hotel and can only recommend it for a relaxing holiday.

Service mentality is really great.
Really, 90% of the staff are smiling and doing their job properly.
I must mention 3 negative sides.

1) It is really sad to see the hotel as a wedding venue, at least without your guests leaving, this kind of event does not suit a facility of this quality. There is live music right now and it mixes with wedding music from the background. This was an act that would stop me even though I wanted to take my next vacation here.

2) In the field of water sports, of course, although I consider different fee applications as normal, it is not nice that the figures are exorbitant and that there are separate pricing according to the customer, there are 2 times the price given to us and the price given to a different family (600 TL - 300 TL). Frankly, this is another sad side. (It is acceptable to have businesses outside the hotel, but it is still up to you to prevent them)

3) In the pool environment (including the relax pool), because age restrictions are not followed by your guests; There is intense noise, and if you are right on the edge of the pool when the victory is reached in the sunbed, you will be disturbed by getting wet because of the jumpers because the rules are not followed.

Although what is written is annoying during the holiday process, you have a truly admirable service on the business side. I hope you will take what I wrote as a recommendation and make arrangements.

Very modern furnished rooms. Close to the beach. The food leaves nothing to be desired and the staff is extremely friendly. The hotel is at least apparently specialized in Russian guests of which unfortunately one or the other behaves wrongly. Apart from a tip hotel.

We rested with our big family in this hotel for 3 seasons of spring in a row. Everyone is happy. We rest only in the bar 3 times a year. We try to visit only those hotels that leave only pleasant impressions. We are going to again in April in the concord. But making a request for April from the price offered by the tour operator was stunned. I do not even know why the price rose so much.

Great environment, brilliant animation team, helpful and polite staff. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
