Good selection of food very clean the staff are friendly

There is no air conditioning in the lobby. There wasn't much tasty food

Meals and servia were nice but the organization was lower than my expectations compared to that hotel

This is really huge place and here were you can find every thing you want and believe me that you will have fun i promise you that i will go back to concorde next time last thing , thank u very much concorde for all of this .

Room service is very good, The staff is so friendly. There is a place for children to play during the day and activities at night, food is fine..

First of all, we had a great vacation at the Concorde, but it doesn't live up to the "De Luxe" claim.
We were there Easter 2019. The hotel was still preparing for the season, other hotels in the area were much further ahead.

The staff is friendly and hard-working, but sometimes overwhelmed, especially when the restaurant is full. There is no outside terrace for eating which I expect on vacation. The food was tasty, but especially in the evening when it was "overcrowded" it had the charm of a cafeteria.

The animation team didn't seem particularly motivated and sometimes without ideas.

Otherwise the hotel was clean and tidy.
There was one or the other corner with potential, but I don't want to overestimate that.
The negative exception here was the indoor pool, worn, expansive and sometimes dirty and defective panels on the floor, the hotel should rework here as soon as possible.

Have been back home yesterday was a super nice holiday. The hotel is really worth a visit. Food just awesome a selection of the finest whoever finds nothing is to blame themselves. Waitress (Baris) very nice rooms are super nice. Pool area just great especially because it is from +16 we found really great and the where no children just to find peace.
Animation was really great and fun (John, Baras, Cem you are awesome) which they do all day. We will come back in any case. Keep it up.

I stayed in this hotel for a week. The food is great ... the beach very clean and great entertainment is provided by the Antimature. It was really just great ... We are in concord de lux in Lara and the rooms are not nice at all in the hotel carpet is laid. The rooms too. Looks just unhygenich ... the treatment of our room is really a child labor I think. Everywhere bitten silicone .. on my closet were on the first day ants. The food is okey. Could be better. There's no bbq to see live or what else in other hotels but there's still you can survive it here

Everything is good except the food!! Friendly stuff

I love this hotel. We visited at the end of January with a group of friends. Although it is a large hotel complex the design makes it easy to get around. The rooms are very comfortable and if you are staying all inclusive then all the drinks, including the mini bar are free. The pool is also included in this and us very welcome. There is also a loud and quiet bar area available and an evening disco. What we appreciate most of all though was the friendlyness of the staff. The people at the helpdesks speak very good English and the waiting staff are friendly. There is so much choice at the buffet restaurant that it's hard to decide sometimes what to eat. I found the neat and chicken to always be well cooked and if you have specific dietary requests the hotel will try and cook you something according to those. For me the gardens are so peaceful and the walk down to the beach, where it's warm enough for British people to swim, is beautiful. The ancient city of Perge us about 20 minutes away and worth a visit if you liked Ephesus. There are less crowds there as well. My wife and I have been twice and would happily go again if circumstances allow.

Last Week We came for vacation with my wife and we are very satisfied with your hotel, but you need to work on music for another 10 years!
Your hotel was founded in 2005 and I guess it has remained so. My Country and My Turkish Music should be played. I definitely do not recommend it to Turks, especially for young people, Turkish people are not valued, it is what foreigners want more. The lady who works with a good guest satisfaction said that there were many complaints from Turkish music and that it was Kro-ca, and it was a shame for me too, I think the tourists there Kro is not our music.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to swim in the outdoor pool during this period. The cafe is available from 10-23: 30. The lobby bar is open until the last customer. There is also a disco. ATTENTION FAKE RATINGS! The hotel offers guests to write a good review for a complimentary meal in the a la carte restaurant. Unfortunately, most of the hotel facilities in October are already closed. But the Concorde Hotel is overpriced for its price. The food is equally bad every day and compared to other cheaper hotels in Lara the choice of all inclusive stuff is poor. You have to pay extra for an a la carte meal, leisure activities and a spa stay. The rooms are clean but there was no third bed in the family room but a sofa with blanket and pillows. The hotel is generally a bit old and in need of renovation.

Everything perfect, that was definitely not the last visit! Great service, very friendly staff and nice facility. The atmosphere in the hotel is excellent as all employees enjoy their work.

We had a great time here. All inclusive. Eat and drink when you want. Facilities were great. Kids area wasn't too bad outside. Not great inside. Rooms clean and staff friendly.

The service is zero meals zero, breakfast unfortunate bath ice employees unhappy pool edge even if you clean your table yourself.
