I was not as impressed as some others here in my experience in Snohomish. I feel the most expensive place was offered by the advisor and I had to push her to find less institutional type and less exoensive in home care.

We don't know what we would have done without Brenda at Concierge Senior Advisors. My brother and I live out of state and Brenda saved us so much stress and heartache. Our parents were in crisis and needed a place to live and they had very different needs. She found a private Adult Family Home with 24/7 care. They are wonderful and my brother and I can have peace of mind knowing they are safe and are receiving the best care possible.

I worked with Brenda to find an Adult Family Home for my 96 year old mother. She was extremely helpful throughout the process, which was all new to me. In addition to helping me assess homes that met our criteria and financial needs, she offered help about equipment and care once Mom was discharged from the rehab facility. Because she has done this many times, she was aware of benefits that are there, but about which I would not necessarily have known. Especially during the Covid pandemic, I do not know how I would have been able to find a place close to me in such a short amount of time.

My advisor found a great adult group home for my sister where my sister's needs were matched to the home and all in a few weeks. Since I live across the country from my sister, it would have been next to impossible for me to do so on my own and especially in these Covid times.

My advisor instilled my trust in her ability to find a home for my sister from the first conversation. She presented as competent and caring and created an open atmosphere where I felt that I could portray my sister's assets and deficits honestly. This was so important in finding a home where her individual needs could be met by the staff. The process was efficient and thorough.

I was given a card after my mother was admitted to the hospital and called to find out more information. The concierge care advisor was Brenda Deschner. I was able to work with her for the best care facility for my mom. She led me to some amazing places and wonderful care givers and my mom actually chose the place she wanted to stay! I really could not have done this on my own! I highly recommend their services to save your sanity!!!

I was in a bit of a panic because the adult family home I had found fell through at the last minute. A hospital social worker put me in touch with Nori and she was on it. The next day, she had 3 homes for me to interview. One of them totally seemed to fit the bill and my mom moved in there today. Concierge Care Advisors really came through for me!

I had to find a new facility due to the shutdown of the AL facility closing down to remodel. Concierge Care helped locate another in the very restrictive environment of a global pandemic where no visits to facilities was possible.

My nana is older, and recently got out the hospital for a thoracic operation. The doctor said that she would need assisted living care, probably permanently. I do all of the internet research in the family, so I searched around and chatted with Concierge. There was so many choices, it was actually confusing. We filled out an assessment together, and then set up appointments to visit three of them. The gal from Concierge toured with us, explained the pros and cons of each one, and how my nana would fit into each one. From this, we picked a beautiful four bedroom home in the south end. My nana is recovering, and is back to doing a bit of gardening now. She really seems to be doing well in this new home, so thanks Concierge.

The hospital recommended Concierge Care Advisors to help us navigate finding a skilled nursing and long term care facility for my mother after a bad fall.
I can't say enough about how diligent and kind Erin from CCA was. She walked us through the process, scoped out potential placements, and helped us navigate the difficult medical systems/red tape. She found the perfect placement, and helped us through the paperwork and process to get her placed.
I imagine without Erin's assistance this would have been a nearly impossible journey. She made it simple, straightforward and clear, all while being exceptionally kind and responsive.

Transitioning a parent from their home to an assisted living facility is a deeply challenging process on multiple levels (emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually). In addition there is so much to know when it comes to navigating the intricacies of the options of assisted living. Our experience with Concierge Care Advisors was, in a word, stellar. If I could have rated them higher than 5 stars I would have. Our Advisor was Nori P. She was a light during a difficult time, a voice of reason in a season of challenges, an experienced professional who helped us navigate all of the concerns that we had. She was the epitome of patience and relentless in her pursuit of excellence. My family and I are beyond thankful for Nori and the team at Concierge care advisors and would recommend them without reservation to anyone heading into this season of life.

Our advisor was lovely to work with, but promised a much higher level of service ( concierge-level planning ) than what was actually delivered. When I told her we had previously used A Place for Mom when searching for my in-laws, she said, Oh we have a much different experience. We hold your hand through the whole process from finding a place to the moving in. We never heard from her after the phone call I made to her to tell her which of the three homes she showed us we were choosing. And I suppose that would have been fine if it wasn t a case of over promising and under delivering. The brochure states, *Aid with a smooth transition. *Follow-up to make sure all needs are met . The only follow-up we have received is multiple requests for a review here or on Facebook. Luckily the home we chose is wonderful, and I do thank her for that.

Was relieved to find assistance where there seemed to be so little. My mom is being well cared for at her AFH. It was truly helpful at such a difficult time. Us children are really out of our depth when it comes to finding care for a difficult parent.

One of the hardest decisions was where to begin to look for a new family home for my mother who has Aphasia, Alzheimer s and Dementia. The Internet was overwhelming! Thankfully I was introduced to Rose with Concierge Care Advisors. Rose listened. I shared with her what my mom would like in a new home close to her daughter, Christian, a backyard that she could utilized, food she would eat, visits from her grand-pup, etc. It is so much easier when Concierge Care Advisors (and especially Rose) is involved! This group saved my family. I have been caring for my mother for 8 years and her recent decline in health has made it unsafe at home with me. Concierge Care Advisors hands down is the service that everybody should use when in need of finding an adult living facility. I can personally attest that every step of the way , from initially categorizing needs to the actual placement, is professionally done and secured. This process is difficult and there is never a "one size fits all" solution. Their knowledge and expertise will undoubtedly help navigate the difficulties and accomplish what you set out to do, and that is find a safe, happy and comfortable environment for your loved one.

I had a week to find an adult family home or a higher-care-level assisted living facility before my father's discharge from rehab. It can be a daunting and stressful task to research and navigate. Lori was very responsive, helpful and most of all reassuring in my search. Highly recommend giving Concierge a call when searching for a senior care facility.

It was by accident that I was referred to Rose Fabrick of Concierge Care Advisors. My sister and I were moving my parents from the north end to the south end of the Puget Sound area. It was emotional, confusing and overwhelming. Soon after talking with Rose-I renamed her my angel. When I spoke to Rose she did not indulge my panic and emotions. She calmly and competently helped me to navigate finding a new home for my parents. She checked out every suggestion I came up with, she scheduled appointments, vetted the facilities and gave me a list of questions to ask when I did tour facilities. Rose spent as much time as I needed to process questions and concerns I might have. I am a competent person in everyday life but moving my parents was new and emotional. Rose was the support I needed to help make good choices during this very difficult time. She was truly my angel. Everyone should have a rose.

They went out of their way to help me select the perfect place for my father. They were very communicative with me and answered any and all questions that I had. I would recommend them to any one who has to experience placing their loved one in a place other than their own home.

I was in an auto accident in California and was stuck in a wheel chair when I was finally cleared to come back to Seattle. I couldn't immediately move back into my house because of all the stairs, so I needed to find an assisted living facility willing to put me up until I could walk again -- expected to be about six weeks.
Rose Fabrick was fantastic -- she gave me several suggestions within my price and distance from downtown constraints. I eventually went with Aegis of Shoreline and Rose negotiated better terms -- saving me the one-time community fee since my stay was temporary and high speed internet which let me work remotely. Being in California, it was difficult for me to choose a facility based on their websites, but Rose was extremely patient and was able to research answers to all my questions. In the end, I had to rely on Rose's judgement and I couldn't have been more pleased with her placement.

She provided me with option company's which I interviewed until I found the correct fit.

Rose was extremely helpful and caring about finding the best care place for our grandmother with dementia. I highly recommend!

Navigating the adult caregiving with Erin was a real blessing. The quality of locations were of the highest standards and the caregivers so compassionate and kind. My brother and I did the search on our own ten years ago for our mother. It was a nightmare. Don't go it alone with this service available to you.

As the pastor of a couple who have no family, I see firsthand how overwhelming it is to decide it is time to move to memory care and/or assisted living while dealing with the challenges of needing this assistance. I am the owner of Mindful Senior Care assisted living home in Redmond, a brand new facility and I am writing this review from a different point of view. Erin is just amazing. She works on the Eastside area, so when we got licensed by DSHS back in July, I touched basis with her first. She replied to me fast and took time to visit my home and meet me personally. I filled in a very detailed questionnaire for their database and right ahead they started talking to me for a potential client. They were very through with their assessments and the needs of the client. When I think of some other agencies who did not even "have time" to see my home or meet me, it does not come to me as a surprise to see all these great reviews about Concierge Care Advisors.

Caryn Tadema was very helpful and kind in this time of double stress; having to find a new living situation for my mother is a very short time while COVID-19 is active. Lisa took exceptionally good care of us!! Even came all the way to Issaquah to pick me up when I did not have a ride. Thank you so very much for all your help - we never would have been able to find a very lovely place for my husband without Lisa's help.

Rose was absolutely wonderful to work with! My sister and I needed to find a place for our very young (60s) but very ill father. He was in and out of the hospital and short-term care facilities for months (during the pandemic) with myriad (heart, kidney, brain, gal bladder, etc.) issues and our stress level was high, to say the least. Rose was patient, kind, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable.

When our dad was finally ready for discharge, Rose arranged for an independent nurse evaluator to determine his care needs. She then set up zoom meetings between us, our dad, and three different adult family homes that were within his modest budget for Medicaid spend-down. All three were wonderful and the one our dad picked was absolutely perfect!

The adult family home gave my dad a beautiful room (which they let us decorate before move-in with his personal belongings so he felt at home). Rose found a home that had a walk-up bedroom window for us to visit with our dad in a contact-free environment, which was incredibly important to him. The home, because it is small, also allowed him to watch tv, play games, cook, eat, and visit with the other residents, which is not allowable in larger facilities during the pandemic. This ensured his spirits stayed high, especially during the holidays and long winter months.

Right after his move-in in August, our dad called me and said, This place is great! They make my bed while I m at breakfast! It s like living on a cruise ship! He has lost weight (he needed to), gained strength, improved his blood sugars, and looks 10 years younger than when he moved in. He was even able to walk two blocks to the ballot box to drop off his ballot (with us masked, walking near him and while using his walker) to vote in November! He is happier than I have seen him in years and I could not have navigated this process (or gotten my dad to trust in it) without Rose s guidance, expertise, and patience!

Rose worked tirelessly to help my family find my dad a place where he would be happy and she truly is an angel in my eyes!

Rose Fabrick is a godsend! I cannot imagine trying to perform all the research needed to find a suitable residence for my dad when it became apparent that he could no longer live on his own. It would have taken me days, if not weeks; time we didn't have available. Rose asked all the right questions and provided us with a range of AFHs to tour with her. The whole process was easy and I trusted her advice completely. I used to work in the senior care industry but had zero experience with AFHs. Rose was recommended by a trusted friend in the home care field and she preformed beyond my expectations. Don't try to find a residence for your loved one on your own, let the people who know the industry help you. It's a free service to you and will help make what can be a difficult move go more smoothly.

We were blind-sided when we found out my mom had early stage Alzheimer's, and no resource was more helpful than Concierge Care Services. The team was very hands-on experience, a wealth of local knowledge and resources, and they sincerely care about the well-being of their clients and their families. We highly recommend this team for anyone who is taking care of an aging/dementia parent, as you have immediate access to knowledge, consultative people who are professional, smart, and caring.

I just want to give a big thanks to Lori Stevens for the wonderful work she has done for helping me find a place for my mom. After my mom fell ill, I was referred to Concierge Care by Swedish and Kaiser. During New Years weekend. I wasn't expecting a response until the following Monday. I called New Years Eve and Lori came on and we talked that Saturday. She scheduled 5 meetings over Zoomed them by Tuesday. I just wished I would have gone to her first a few months earlier.

Lori was a godsend for our family as we scrambled to find a safe place for our Dad. So responsive, easy to talk to and a wealth of knowledge. Really, she was a rock star and I couldn t recommend anyone more!
