Our advisor was lovely to work with, but promised a much higher level of service ( concierge-level planning ) than what was actually delivered. When I told her we had previously used A Place for Mom when searching for my in-laws, she said, Oh we have a much different experience. We hold your hand through the whole process from finding a place to the moving in. We never heard from her after the phone call I made to her to tell her which of the three homes she showed us we were choosing. And I suppose that would have been fine if it wasn t a case of over promising and under delivering. The brochure states, *Aid with a smooth transition. *Follow-up to make sure all needs are met . The only follow-up we have received is multiple requests for a review here or on Facebook. Luckily the home we chose is wonderful, and I do thank her for that.
