Sylvana was incredible. She found a home for our Father in 2 days. We all thought it would be impossible. We struggled on the phone for hours calling places until one place said try Sylvana Rinehart at Concierge Care Advisors. We called Sylvana and she immediately went to work. This was on a Wednesday morning. At 11:00 on Friday morning dad was placed in an adult family home 4 blocks from our parents home of 57 years. We could not be happier. Sylvana was an angel.
