My nana is older, and recently got out the hospital for a thoracic operation. The doctor said that she would need assisted living care, probably permanently. I do all of the internet research in the family, so I searched around and chatted with Concierge. There was so many choices, it was actually confusing. We filled out an assessment together, and then set up appointments to visit three of them. The gal from Concierge toured with us, explained the pros and cons of each one, and how my nana would fit into each one. From this, we picked a beautiful four bedroom home in the south end. My nana is recovering, and is back to doing a bit of gardening now. She really seems to be doing well in this new home, so thanks Concierge.
