Sylvana was outstanding to work with! She listened to what our Fathers needs were and the specific area we were interested in. She had 4 homes right away that we viewed and that day we made our decision. She knew all the questions to ask and was very easy talk to. I would have been driving all over place looking for the right fit for my Dad. She understood that were needed better care for my Father and that he could be challenging at times. She was very compassionate and thoughtful,
