Our concierge, Lori Stevens, was incredible to work with! I cannot say enough good things about this service. Lori worked so quickly, and even on the weekend, to find suitable housing for my father. She explained everything along the way and was kind and patient with me and my sisters. Lori listened to us and really heard our father's needs and found the perfect Adult Family Home for him. It is so great to have a trusted person in this very confusing world of Elder Care and I am indebted to Lori and Concierge Care Advisors for this service they provide.
