Went in just before Xmas to purchase a gaming desktop for husband. Not being a gamer I had no idea what was important but Evan guided me thru the process and within 2/3 hours I had a customized computer to put under the tree. Had to call him twice after the holidays to ask some procedural questions and he was always patient and easily understood. Computer works brilliantly and husband is more than pleased. Thanks Evan!

Could not be more pleased. Tech/Rep. Chris was very easy to work with and obviously knows his craft...fast repair also :) Went above and beyond my expectations with service and repairs.

As one of the owners of Computer Corner, It bothers me to read reviews like "Tom Womack" has posted. First he writes anonymously when all he had to do was call me and tell me about this incident. Yes, we recycle computers, but that does not mean we sell them on craig's list. . How does he know it was his on craigs list? If you can send me the ad or tell me who the tech was, I will take immediate action on this. Otherwise its hard to believe anything you said. If we lied and stole, we would not have been in business this long. Come on, treat people with respect and report directly instead of using this type of venue.

How nice it is to find a locally owned business with world class service. I have never written a review before because I have never been this impressed. First I spent two months sending my computer back and forth to the Best Buy Geeks service center in where ever maybe USA to finally get it back as broken as when i took it in. So much for that service contract I have been paying for. I took my laptop to Computer Corner where it was diagnosed in a day and the problem was not the mother board as the geeks insisted but a bios problem. Katelyn explained to me that I could spend a lot of money having her go through the process of fixing it and it still may not work. Thanks for just telling me that instead of running up the cost. The point, Katelyn knows her stuff inside out and the other techs who commented were almost as good. She advised me of all my options in a language I could understand. Then she gave me excellent advise on how to save a lot of money even though it was not in the stores best interest. Computer Corner has it figured out. Instead of making a killing every time you walk in the door they do great work for a great price, explain what they are doing and make you want to tell your friends... Had my office desktop fail to boot when I got back from holiday break. Called and was told to bring the machine in, that there would be a $25 fee to diagnose the issue and that once diagnosed, a quote would be given. Took it in on Monday, was called on Tuesday with the report that the power supply had failed and that the hard drive was "going"--(bad sectors) and that the machine would be ready by Friday. Was called Friday and told it was ready, picked it up and it worked perfectly (almost!--and here's why I'll go back to CC any time I have a computer issue---). Called in and explained what the issue was--(machine wasn't sharing files on my network) and was patiently walked through to a total resolution of the glitch. I have what amounts to a new computer for about 1/3 of what a new one would have cost. They told me what I needed, did what they said they would do, and then provided great follow-up. I'm a fan.

I was going out of my mind with my computer until I walked into Computer Corner last Saturday. Luke was went way over the top to help me upgrade the memory in my computer and spent almost an hour helping me get it installed. Not only was I able to shop locally but I saved $600+ by not having to buy a new computer.

Chris is super helpful and really knows his stuff! He never complains about my long list of questions or makes me feel silly for asking like some places do. I appreciate his patience and knowledge! Definitely recommend!!

Walk-in for minor technical assistance. Evan was ready and eager to help; resolved the issue quickly and I was on my way. Appreciate the quick and good service with a smile. Bought my laptop at Computer Corner, and was pleased with the set up and assistance in getting up and running after a crash of a former machine. Will continue to do business with them as needed. Recommend them highly.

I came in with several questions regarding what equipment I need to meet our business needs. Dusty listened to my needs carefully, researched the best products to meet what we have to do. He was quite attentive to choose the best products at the best price. I just love real service when I don't know everything about what I need to buy. I have trusted Computer Corner for years. Dusty built me a custom computer for me last year. He made me an awesome powerhouse of a machine for some research I'm doing. We selected each part based on a price/performance decision and he guided me through the whole process. The CPU was, at the time, the latest Ryzen Threadripper. It was really hard to find, and it took a while to get it delivered, but he stayed in touch with me the whole time. Once it came in, it was ready within a day (right on my birthday, BTW).

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I just needed a sata cable and they gave it to me at no charge.

Computer Corner is a five star business. Various employees over the years have helped me and my tech equipment while working with happy faces. I'll always call Computer Corner when my computer and I are not getting along!

I spilled wine on my Macbook and was very distraught because the keys were sticking pretty bad....however, I took it to computer corner and Evan did an amazing job cleaning it up for me. He cleaned the keyboard thoroughly and charged me nothing more than the initial service fee of $25! Awesome service!

The associate I worked with, Evan, walked me through every step of a hard drive failure and was immensely helpful and timely in his advice and repairs

Took my external connection to get replaced. Tech found a problem.fixed in minutes and did not pressure me to purchase something I didn't need. Will go back and do biz w them in the future.

Great store, not many local places arround anymore, but they're great with their customer service and have a good selection of computer components.

My desktop was freezing up continuously, so I took it to Computer Corner. Found out the hard drive was failing. The recommendation was to replace the computer rather than just the hard drive, as I could have other problems down the road. They didn't try to sell me a brand new computer, but instead talked to me and showed me several reconditioned units. The price on the one I chose was well within my budget, and they also had a reconditioned monitor. I was extremely happy with Evan, who walked me through everything he did to transfer all my data over to the new computer, and answered all my questions, and was extremely friendly and polite. Kudos to Evan and Computer Corner. Been with them for over 10 years, and will continue to use them for my computer needs.

I was very happy with the added attention, and patience the service person gave me when explaining what was wrong with my laptop. It's rather old and apparently had a bad hard disk. The news could have been very bad and I had not backed up any of my files. I never even thought about that untill they asked me if I had my information backed up somewhere else! They explained in advance that I might possibly have lost everything because my laptop had been acting up for awhile, but that they had special software that can sometimes find information even on a failing hard disk. I was delighted when they told me they could find what they thought were most of my files - I still needed a new hard disk, but saving my stuff and talking to me about the process and the risks really made me feel like they treated me well. And now I know better. I will try to always back up anything important to me. I guess I didn't realize that I could lose all my important info, but anyway, if I ever need service again, I'll come back.

Had issue loading something on laptop, took it in, fixed in 10 10 min. Have used them for years, excellent service.

Very helpful store. Didn't really ask for help or imply it and Evan offered to help me with a worn down screw. Very helpful and willing to help. Will probably be my new computer store from now on.

I've had work done here on different computers before, mainly for viruses. I took my son's laptop here a couple months back, the hard drive had gone out. A few days ago, the new one went bad. Total fluke. Evan, in service. Called me back, and said it was done...I owed nothing.. He even replaced it with a better quality HD this time...Absolutely top notch...

I bought a new computer from Computer Corner this weekend and could not be happier. The team is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and helpful. The products they sell are all high-quality and they can find you the perfect computer for your needs. My salesperson, Dusty, explained to me the differences between models and didn't insist that I needed the more expensive model or pressure me to go for expensive upgrades. He explained all the available services thoroughly and let me choose what I needed without pressuring me to pay more. It feels good to buy from a local company, but even more when they're a company of such good quality and high rates of customer service.

I recently called Computer Corner and spoke with Michael. I have needed an updated home computer for a few years now, and working from home like so many other people at this time required that I upgrade now. I explained to Michael exactly what I would be using the computer for and he helped me design the perfect setup. We placed the whole order over the phone and he had it built that same day! And the installed everything for me! All I had to do was plug it all in and it was ready to use! Perfect! These guys are awesome! I had a swollen battery on my Mac and stopped by 4 places (including Apple and Best Buy) to get help. I got none (was told there was nothing they can do). I came to this place and the guys helped me removed the back panel, properly removed and disposed/recycled the battery, and gave me lots of helpful tips for finding and replacing the battery. They were efficient, professional, and super friendly. They didn't try to sell me anything or pressured me into using their services. They also didn't withhold any information that could help me to replace the battery effectively on my own. Truly decent people who know what they're doing and just want to help.

My latest experience was with Luke where I needed to buy a computer and I needed honest advice. Great . My computer had crashed and I was out of business . I contacted computer corner and was connected with Evan. He got me in that day and by the next morning I was able to pick my computer and it has been working wonderfully ever since. In addition , I was able to get some extra help at no extra cost. Curtis did an amazing job resolving an issue I had struggled with for almost a year. He broke things down so they were easy to understand, he didn't rush through explanations and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. Wonderful work!!!

Took my printer in because I got a piece of paper caught in it and couldn't find the piece causing the jamming. Dimintar was very helpful and fixed it at the counter.

Hands down one of the best local business' I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They absolutely know their stuff, they explain everything in easy to understand jargon, and they certainly didn't make me feel as though I was speaking to a car mechanic and was about the pay way more than I should. I'm surprised by some of the bad reviews. I've found them to be life savers for computer repair, and I've bought a few items from them too. I'm relatively tech savvy, but not a super expert. When I've had problems over my head, they've repaired them, explained everything to me, and the prices were pretty reasonable. I always recommend them to friends.
