These guys are awesome! I had a swollen battery on my Mac and stopped by 4 places (including Apple and Best Buy) to get help. I got none (was told there was nothing they can do). I came to this place and the guys helped me removed the back panel, properly removed and disposed/recycled the battery, and gave me lots of helpful tips for finding and replacing the battery. They were efficient, professional, and super friendly. They didn't try to sell me anything or pressured me into using their services. They also didn't withhold any information that could help me to replace the battery effectively on my own. Truly decent people who know what they're doing and just want to help.
