How nice it is to find a locally owned business with world class service. I have never written a review before because I have never been this impressed. First I spent two months sending my computer back and forth to the Best Buy Geeks service center in where ever maybe USA to finally get it back as broken as when i took it in. So much for that service contract I have been paying for.
I took my laptop to Computer Corner where it was diagnosed in a day and the problem was not the mother board as the geeks insisted but a bios problem. Katelyn explained to me that I could spend a lot of money having her go through the process of fixing it and it still may not work. Thanks for just telling me that instead of running up the cost.
The point,
Katelyn knows her stuff inside out and the other techs who commented were almost as good.
She advised me of all my options in a language I could understand.
Then she gave me excellent advise on how to save a lot of money even though it was not in the stores best interest.
Computer Corner has it figured out. Instead of making a killing every time you walk in the door they do great work for a great price, explain what they are doing and make you want to tell your friends...
