I'm surprised by some of the bad reviews. I've found them to be life savers for computer repair, and I've bought a few items from them too. I'm relatively tech savvy, but not a super expert. When I've had problems over my head, they've repaired them, explained everything to me, and the prices were pretty reasonable. I always recommend them to friends.
