Had my office desktop fail to boot when I got back...

Had my office desktop fail to boot when I got back from holiday break. Called and was told to bring the machine in, that there would be a $25 fee to diagnose the issue and that once diagnosed, a quote would be given. Took it in on Monday, was called on Tuesday with the report that the power supply had failed and that the hard drive was "going"--(bad sectors) and that the machine would be ready by Friday. Was called Friday and told it was ready, picked it up and it worked perfectly (almost!--and here's why I'll go back to CC any time I have a computer issue---). Called in and explained what the issue was--(machine wasn't sharing files on my network) and was patiently walked through to a total resolution of the glitch. I have what amounts to a new computer for about 1/3 of what a new one would have cost. They told me what I needed, did what they said they would do, and then provided great follow-up. I'm a fan.
