CRS Roofing planned and executed the most complex roofing replacement project ever attempted in our community. The project was successful beyond expectations due to the skills, supervision and assurance of a quality installation. Dean Logan, VP of Complete Roof Systems, acted as the project manager beginning with the planning, negotiation, supervision and management of the project at large. His time, dedication, honesty, consistency, communication skills and attention to detail were invaluable.

We were very pleased with the professional manner in which the work was performed, even more pleased with the end product. It was a pleasure to work with CRS.

Called CRS to replace my roof and Mike came by to take some information and to explain in great detail how the whole process works. Guys came and were very professional. They replaced my roof and gutters and cleaned up after themselves. The house looks so much better with a nice new roof and gutters. They did such a great job that I had Mike come by again to give me estimates for window replacements in my garage and for new siding. Can't recommend them enough.

After several rain storms our roof began to leak. The roof is a 20 plus years old. We called the company and I immediately got and someone on the phone and they were kind and professional. They informed me that they would come by the house the next day at 3:00 to look at the roof.

The owner, Dean, came to the house personally at 3:00 sharp. We showed him where the leaks were coming from inside the house. He immediately got his ladder and tools and climbed on the roof. He came down from the rood and informed us that we had 18 nail heads popping through our shingles. We asked him if we needed a new roof and he honestly informed us that he could make it last another couple of years.

He immediately got his tools, climbed back on the roof and within an hour the roof was totally repaired. The service was incredible and we found Dean to be very personable and professional. I would highly recommend CRS roofing company.

We had CRS replace the roofing and siding on our house last year, my review for that is below. I had them come back to power wash my front pavers and they did an awesome job. I tried to DIY first, but it took forever and didn t really get them clean enough. CRS has a legit truck with professional grade equipment that got the job done the way I wanted it. Their guy Christian is a stickler for quality and made sure I was happy with how the job was done before he left.

We recently used CRS for the re-roofing of our house, barn and garage. Because we have an older home with built-in box gutters, our project was more complicated than most. As such, we were very diligent about choosing the right contractor for the job. We interviewed several companies. What stood out from the beginning was CRS's high level of responsiveness (across their entire organization). This gave us a high degree of confidence. We chose a commercial membrane product for our box gutters (CRS recommendation) and to ensure a quality application, their commercial team was onsite for the installation (working alongside the residential team). We're very pleased with our new roof and gutters and we're confident that should any problems arise, the CRS team will continue to be just as responsive. This gives us tremendous peace of mind. We strongly recommend CRS.

I met with Mike Stone for an estimate. I found him very knowledgeable and thorough. My estimate was emailed to me very quickly and I found it to be very detailed. They started our roof when they said they would, finished the job when they said they would. Cleaned up after themselves. There were a few spots on the house I wanted cleaned a little better and they were very responsive. Very pleased with their service.

CRS has done two jobs at our home in Franklin Lakes over the last month and a half. First, cleaned out all the gutters and yesterday came and powerwashed our foyer and the front of our house. I have to say both jobs were done professionally and without issue. CRS's crew came and handled their business with care and understanding to our needs. They also turned the job around quickly and efficiently which I really appreciate. The front of our house looks so much better. Would recommend them any day of the week.

My wife and I moved into a home about a year ago. We knew the roof needed to be replaced but we had no idea how complicated it was going to be. The house is an old Victorian with a flat roof section in the back. There were built in gutters that were falling apart along with the porch of the home. We had many different companies out to evaluate the situation. Every company said something completely different and the prices were all over the place with a bunch of variables. We began to grow frustrated until we contacted Complete Roof Systems. Shannon took down all of my information and setup an appointment that worked for both my wife and I. She is so wonderful to talk to and always in a joyous mood. The Residential director Mike Stone came out to assess the situation. What impressed me first was he got on all the sections of roofs and also went in the attic. He just didn't pitch me from the ground like everyone else. He took pictures of everything and then showed me step by step his solution on his I pad. He was extremely professional, and by far the most knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do without question and was very confident. The price he give I thought was a great value based on the roofing system which was Owens Corning with the best warranty that they offer. The scheduled the job for two weeks. They showed up exactly when they said they were going to . The crew was very polite and hardworking. I was also very impressed with their foreman who did a good job making sure the job went smooth. They ended up having to replace all the plywood on the home which Mike said they would have to do. Nobody else even mentioned that. They had carpenters on site who were able to re build the yankee gutters and the parts of the porch. They also had to repair some of the siding. All I can say is every one from this company is an all star In my book, I have already recommended them to several people. I also got a $100 gift card for each of my referrals which Mike promised and kept his word. Please do not waste your time with anyone else. CRS is the best in the industry

CRS Roof Systems replaced our roof in its entirety in 2015. They were professional, fair with their pricing, and respectful of our property throughout the whole process. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this company.

We had our house soft washed today by the team from CRS and it looks phenomenal. The two-member crew came (with the owner) to introduce themselves and and ensure we didn't have any questions before they started the job. Once they started, they were careful and professional to ensure nothing was damaged or disrupted with our house. The job was done in a timely manner and the results are awesome. Highly recommend CRS and definitely going to use them annually moving forward to ensure our house is treated and looking fantastic!

Many people write reviews when they just get the work done. Here is a review after 2 to 3 years after the work was completed. Our roofing was done by CRS with the Golden Pledge Warranty for which we paid extra money which provides warranty coverage of 25 years. Our roof started leaking recently and we called CRS and it took them a few days to send out a technician who came by and told that he would have to talk to his boss. A few days later when I called CRS I was told that they are working to get authorization from GAF so that they can do the repairs. Finally, after they received authorization I was told the foreman would come by and do the repairs and then he was a no show. From the time I called in first already 15 days had passed while water continued to leak from the incessant rains. When I called the company to inform them that their foreman did not show up there was not a word of apology or a promise that they would send somebody right over to take care of it but rather they would now talk to the foreman to find out why he did not show up. Warranty is good only if a vendor acts on it. When initially the roofers came out and damaged a lighting fixture and I held back $20.00 they got back to me within a day to tell me that I still owed them $20.00, but it has taken them more than 15 days fix a leaking roof on which a GAF backed 25 year Golden Pledge Warranty was provided. I am not talking about a broken toaster which I can toss in the garbage and buy a new one, but the lack of urgency of part of CRS is appalling.

Mike Stone did an excellent and thorough job in assessing my situation, providing cost effective solutions, thorough explanation of the issues & even followed up in a prompt time to see if his work still met my satisfaction.

We recently had our house soft washed and the results were amazing. No more discoloration on certain spots on the house or brown streaks down our gutters. The team arrived and immediately introduced themselves and went over exactly what they were going to be doing. They even helped moved items away from our home so they wouldn't get damaged. They were very personable and professional. I would highly recommend them.

CRS replaced the original roof on my home. I am very happy with my new roof. It was refreshing dealing with a family owned business. They gave me honest opinions and choices. I recommend them to everyone.

Do not use this company.

I rent an apartment in a small three unit building that this company did a job on. They were completely disrespectful, unprofessional and careless and if you try to communicate with the workers they act like they don't understand English.

The first day they were here they went into my locked garage without my permission and without the landlord's permission and unplugged my refrigerator to plug in their power tools. They left the fridge unplugged for the entire day. Needless to say everything inside was ruined.

I later found out that they stole a piece of 3/4" plywood from my garage to use on the roof to cover the skylight which they removed. I don't mean they temporarily covered it and gave me my wood back, no. They nailed the sucker in place and roofed over it.

They also completely destroyed the garden area. They threw garbage off of the roof into the garden beds. It was like they weren't even trying to make it into the dumpster. Not your average litter either, no this was roofing garbage. They also drove their cherry picker into the garden beds, cracking the landscaping timbers and crushing my solar lights.

They also tried to come into my apartment uninvited. I was on a work call, so I was unable to answer the door right away and the guy tried to come right into my apartment. When I got off the phone I went to see what he wanted. He asked to use my vacuum to suck up all of the debris from covering the skylight. (Yeah, the one they used my lumber to cover. Didn't realize at the time though.) So I told the guy no, I mean I'm not going to let them destroy my vacuum to suck up wood and nails. Are you kidding me? They're contractors they should have a shop-vac.

My attempts at contacting them about these issues have been ignored.

In closing, it was a complete mess and now the roof isn't draining properly. I highly advise you use another company.

We have used CRS for both repairs and most recently, to replace the siding on our dormers. We have been extremely happy with all of our interactions with the company - they are very responsive and professional. I would have no reservations recommending them to a friend and will use them in the future.

We knew the time was coming to replace our roof however, we never expected to see tiles coming off along with a pretty substantial hole in the roof following some inclement weather. We obtained multiple quotes and decided to go with CRS after meeting with Mike Stone who left us with confidence that CRS was the company to work with. He answered all of our questions, his follow-thru was excellent and he was true to his word. Mike even went above and beyond in scheduling our roof to be replaced in anticipation of the heavy rains that were coming that weekend and knowing we had a hole in the roof. For that, we are very grateful. All work was done on time with a hard working crew along with excellent clean-up. Mike was on the job to provide oversight and supervise. We were very pleased with the craftsmanship, the service and competitive price. I would highly recommend CRS roofing and be sure to ask for Mike Stone.

CRS was very professional. They explained what was causing our problems and drew clear diagrams of exactly how they would correct what was causing our continuous leaks. They came on time, answered all of our frequent questions, and worked with us to help us come in on budget. I would absolutely use them again of the need arose. Highly recommend!!

Complete Roofing Systems did a perfect job on replacing my huge roof last month on my Queen Anne Victorian home. There was nothing easy about this job. Steep roof areas, flat roof areas, massive and old roof. It had two layers of old asphalt shingles over old cedar shake over old wood slats which all had to be removed and replaced with new plywood and new roof shingles. The sales man Rich was extremely knowledgeable about the materials i needed for the roof, and the techniques that were going to be implemented for the tricky valleys and transitions from the flat roof area to the sheds, and gables, and victorian tower. The Owner Dean Logan was incredibly friendly and always available to take my call with questions during contract negotiations. This is a real stand-up company with great respect towards their clients, and i felt a real sense of trust with them. I would use them again and again!

I have nothing, but accolades and feeling of complete satisfaction with the wonderful job that CRS has done to our property roof. A family-owned company that lives up to their reputation and service. Everyone from the owner, Dean Logan, to the entire staff at the company is absolutely professional and courteous with how they treat customers and the property they are working on. Right from the beginning, there was no run around with what, when, where and how much for the entire project of recoating, re-patching and sealing the roof. They went above and beyond by keeping their word and work on the roof. This company has proven to us that integrity and honesty still exist in this industry and profession. From pre-prepping the roof to completion, everything was done to the highest caliber with the materials they used and the spotless finish. Our decades old roof look brand new and past inspection with flying colors. Even the inspector was very impressed and mention that it was a great job. Professional from start (working out the details of the proposal with Dean) to finish (project completed within a reasonable time-frame, inclement weather is out of their control/although all work is sealed and secured properly at the end of day to ensure against any potential leaks).

Fredy and his team were always on schedule and never interfered with any of our day-to-day operations. The thing that impressed me the most was how they walked around the entire building, picking up loose debris that may have been left behind after removing the original gutters and metal caps from the roof.

Without the security of a referral from someone I know, all I had to go on was my gut, but Dean and his team delivered as promised and now we have a new roof backed by a 20 year guarantee from the manufacturer.

Exceptional work and results! Chris and Keyshawn were timely, professional, courteous and extremely conscientious of my home and my kids being around the property while working. They communicated their plans, asked me about areas of concern and kept me in the loop about their progress. I didn t realize how much my home needed this deep clean until it was all done. I stared at it for a while afterwards with a smile on my face. In a world full of choices, relative to power washing and deep cleaning the exterior of your home, go no further! Sadly, exceeding expectations seems like a rarity these days but this team didn t disappoint!

I contacted CRS for a quote for a complete removal of existing, replacement with new as well as adding a roof to a new front porch, and gutters for the front porch and rear porch. After visiting the house CRS quickly sent a proposal which I agreed to and chose my colors from a sample booklet of shingles. The entire process from initial visit until project was only a few weeks! The day before the project was scheduled CRS made a delivery of materials neatly stacked in my driveway out of the way. I left for work on the morning of the project and by the time I retuned home the roof had been removed and replcaed in its entirety. There was no evidence that anyone had even been in the yard, no debris, nails, garbage, etc, the yard looked exactly how I left it. The team at CRS are true professionals and have their craft down to a science! I would highly reccomend them to friends, family and neighbors. If you are looking for a trusted, professional, cost competitive and efficient contractor for a roof replacement - they are your people!

I used Complete Roof Systems for two separate services on my home. First, I had them do soft washing on the roof. At that time the crew noticed that there was a small hole in my roof. They were able to send me pictures and send a repair technician out a few days later. The soft washing left my roof looking brand new! The repair technician repaired the hole, and from the pictures that he provided, you could never tell there was an issue. I highly recommend CRS. Friendly staff, reliable, reasonably priced and very efficient!
