Although I have not been booked yet with this agency...I enjoy going to audition here! The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Waiting area is very comfortable, location/parking is convenient and I'm always in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

Very unprofessional steer clear if you can actors! This agency does not have any professionalism to say the least. With my first and only job through Carlyn I didn't get paid for 3 months. I called to inquire about this and their office( which is run by interns ) were of no help. The intern, Jenny refused to pass along my message to Carlyn herself regarding the non-payment, she referred me to an email address. I was frustrated since I had already emailed regarding non-payment without hearing back, she hung the phone up after stating it was not her job to be a secretary. I was so thrown off by this so I decided instead to reach out to company who hired me through Carlyn Davis, they told me they hadn't sent a check to the studio and that the studio hadn't reached out to them either for the last two months. When I finally got in touch with Carlyn she explained how unprofessional it was of me to talk to the client directly-- no apology from her regarding the lack of communication or non-payment for the last three months or for the behavior of her staff. After going back and forth with her on the total she owed me, she included me on an email thread meant for a colleague stating how much I was "pain in the a**" for trying to get paid!
Always a pleasure to meet with the staff & Mrs. Davis. I may not have gotten a call back yet, but they definitely know how to treat their prospective clients.
