Rosie was incredibly helpful and responsive during my mortgage application process and has kept in touch regularly since. I switched all my banking over to CFCU and would highly recommend them especially if you appreciate personal service.

Thanks for helping me Pearly, with sorting out my financial needs. I had given up hope, specially when other banks that I've talked to was not able to help. I went to Dee Why store thinking I would just do a $50 deposit to avoid unnecessary fees. I came out with an offer of help from Pearly to help with my financial goals. Now, my finances are in order, and I am much better off now at this stage of COVID19, than when it started. I am happy to be an advocate of Community First's to family and friends.
The team at Dee Why store - Pearly, Emma, Amanda, Gabi - are very helpful and always treat me with a friendly smile. Recently, I was having trouble logging into my internet banking and Pearly sat me down at her desk and walked me through the process. She was very patient with me , as I am not a regular user of the internet banking. Along the way, she also walked me through some of the key features of internet banking, specially how to keep it secured. It is always a pleasure to visit the store weekly, and I am always greeted with happy faces. I am very thankful that the team are beautiful and helpful people, who are genuinely concerned with my financial interests.
Attended Dee Why branch to sort out some complicated account issues. I was served by Pearl who gave me her full attention, listened to what I needed to be done and then proceeded to not only give me the exact result I required and was able to answer ALL my queries as to what effect the changes would make and then, checked her proposed actions on my accounts and proceeded to ensure the changes were to my complete satisfaction and any eventuality had been catered for. Absolutely brilliant customer service skills and certainly appreciated by me and transparent to my debtors and creditors. Nothing was too hard or an inconvenience for her. Thank you so much.

One of the staff who assisted me to open my account with Community First, Pearly, from Dee Why store, she guided me perfectly in how to use internet banking, and set me up with my mobile phone app. She is very patient, and explained things really well. Being of advanced years I have some little difficulty with computer banking if I come across anything different from what I normally use. I have had the pleasure of meeting Pearly van Hulten who has been assisting me in trying to get up to date with current procedures. I must say that her friendly and helpful attitude make updating my skills a pleasurable experience and I am very grateful for her assistance.
I had applied for a car loan although being knocked back for it the service from Emma at Community First Dee Why was outstanding. Emma took the time to go through everything in great detail as well as go above and beyond for me. I m currently with one of the Big Four banking institutions and have had enough of feeling like one of their million customers that require only adequate customer service. So I decided to try something different - and I m so thankful I walked into the Community First Credit Union at Dee Why. From start to finish, I was greeted and treated with care and received friendly, efficient and effective customer service. I applied for a small loan with Emma who walked me through the entire process. I explained I needed funds within a week as I had secured a new tenancy. Emma prepared my loan application and kept me informed via email and telephone with updates, her follow up customer service was second to none. Emma went above and beyond to ensure that the loan application process was not only quick but successful. Emma was so helpful and patient with my many questions and she came through for me at every hurdle because she had great solutions for my challenges. She made me feel positive about the fact that I could definitely get my finances in order, as the Credit Union offered extra complimentary services to help me budget and balance my finances so I can build up a substantial saving account this year. I d honestly forgotten what it had felt like to feel valued by a bank and it s staff who appreciated my custom. First of all I went to Rosie, then Pearly came and did the most wonderful job of deleting old passwords and creating new ones for me which I could never have achieved without her wonderful assistance.
